The Supreme Court has sprung the Petition for Writ of Amparo and Habeas Data Jonila Castro and Jhed Tamano, activities abducted by military agents. They obtained it after the continuing and exposing of military brutality and NTF-Elcac when they were abducted on September 2, 2023. Secretly jailed two weeks and undertaken in their life.
According to the order, two activists cannot be grown in their families less than a kilometer of NTF-Elcac military agents. They can also pick up and apply personal state grip data to protect their security and privacy rights.
The Supreme Court is temporarily provided, and the Petition is still in the court of Appeals for Permanent Protection Order and Production Order.
