A protest against the auctions of folk houses took place today Saturday, February 24, in the area in front of the Toumba Cultural Center on the side of Lambraki Street.
Employees, residents of eastern Thessaloniki and students participated. The KKE (M-L), the constant struggle and collectives of the antisocial area, took part.
The ongoing auctions of workers and the unemployed were denounced and the government policy that supports this rapture and looting.
Today's intervention is the first of a series of mobilizations to take place in Thessaloniki for the same problem next.
