Several dozen people targeted the La Courneuve police station (Seine-Saint-Denis) Sunday evening, proceeding to major fireworks and projectile mortar shots. Reinforcements had to be deployed to secure the building. This revolt broke out following the death of a young person, killed four days earlier in a collision with a police vehicle, while it was traveling on A scooter in Aubervilliers.
