The town in the streets took in their hands the flags of the denunciation of the bloody blow of March 24, 1976, which inaugurated a dictatorship that swept democratic rights to impose an economic plan at the service of the ruling classes and imperialist powers.
Almost fifty years later, it was seen in the streets that the claim of memory, truth and justice is more in force than ever. The generations that lived those years, and those that came later, lift the fight flags and make it clear that there are 30,000! and that it was a genocide orchestrated by state terrorism.
Our PCR, its JCR and the mass organizations that we made The arm to this policy.
May Plaza
In the city of Buenos Aires a multitude overflowed the Plaza de Mayo, in the act convened by Mothers of Plaza de May cultural, religious and political.
The unit work of several organizations, including our party, was expressed in fundamental facts such as the participation of the CGT, in a joint statement of social and political youth convening to march on 24, and in the participation of almost the entire political arc and union.
As never, in the overflowing Plaza de May of democratic rights.
Our PCR and the JCR, next to the CCC, the strain, the Mus, the movement or a kid less for the drug and the FNC formed a large column with thousands of companions of the Buenos Aires and Caba conurbano, which with the portraits From our martyrs in front it reached the center of the Plaza de Mayo, as registered in the media of our country and the world.
The presence of Télam workers was noted before the closure of the news agency, as well as the workers of the Nation Bank adding signatures to the #Bnanosecierra campaign.
Multiple artistic interventions developed in the square and in their adjacencies.
In that full square the act was developed under the slogan “30,000 reasons to defend the country. Never again planned misery. ” Estela de Carlotto, Adolfo Pérez Esquivel and Taty Almeida read a consensual document where the historical claims of the March 24 were added with the complaint to the government's denial policy, which was expressed in a video broadcast from the Casa Rosada.
Despite the efforts of many so that there is a unique act, sectors aligned with Trotskyism called an act that was developed later.
The massive presence of thousands and thousands of people from different generations, particularly the strong participation of young Justice for all the kidnapped, the restitution of the appropriate children, the opening of the archives and all the historical demands of this immense movement for memory, truth and justice that reaffirms that “as the Nazis will happen to the Nazis, where the We will look for!

Interviews in the Plaza de Mayo
Luciano Álvarez,
General Secretary of the JCR told us that “on a new anniversary of March 24, 1976, for us it is very important every year to mobilize in the Plaza de Mayo and throughout the country to repudiate the coup and claim the history of our party that proudly we were opposing the coup and since 1974 we opposed the coup and defended the constitutional government of Isabel Perón.
“This year we do it with particular importance that has to do with what is the first year that we do in the government of Javier Milei, a government that came to claim the dictatorship, which came to refloat the theory of the two demons, And we say that there are 30,000, that it was genocide and where we are going to look for them.
“It is also important to do so considering that there is an idea that youth supports this government and a number of things that are not true because here there is a youth that comes to claim the history of the 30,000 missing and especially to Pose that we need to build an Argentina with land, roof, work, health and education for all and for this we have to defeat this policy of adjustment, hunger and repression ”.
Juan Carlos Alderete,
Coordinator of the unemployed and precarious movement of the CCC and national leader of the PCR pointed out that “48 years after the genocidal coup today we go out massively to face this government that claims that fierce dictatorship that the Argentines had, a tremendous denialism that this government has, which is even spoken to pardon those genocides. Today is a very special day and year for memory, truth and justice.
“We are going to be on the street permanently, to repudiate this policy that Javier Milei is carrying out, which is a business policy mainly punishing workers, retirees, who have nothing, with tremendous perversity. That is why we are on the street and we permanently seek the unit to turn and that this policy fails because if they are not going to leave a destroyed country that will later cost generations to be able to rebuild it ”.
Rosa Nassif,
National PCR leader told us that
“
This March 24 as every year is an honor appointment for the revolutionary communists. This day we pay our tribute to all the fallen martyrs in the antigolpist struggle and in the anti -dictarorial struggle and in them all who have fallen into the struggle for national and social liberation.
“But today more than ever this March 24 has a special meaning when it is in the Government the most reactionary of the right that in addition to fascism, adjustment and delivery that discharges over our people, has again put into discussion if in the Argentina has been a true genocide that has led the lives of 30,000 militants, workers' delegates, peasants and student, have been a loot of this dictatorship to apply an economic plan that is the same as today Milei, Caputo and his entire clique. An issue that has to do with neatly pay usure debts with the IMF and other creditors. And the people are told that there is no money because the money is taken, the crapulas are always united to the different imperialisms and fulfilling the mandates of paying weight by weight what they owe to their owners.
"That is why we fight the broadest popular unity to stop this policy, twist Milei's arm and advance with another policy and another government, a government that truly represents popular and national interests."

From China Pictorial Magazine, March 1971, a brief look illustrated to the Municipality of Paris in its centenary:
On March 18, 1871 the proletariat and other workers in Paris
overthrow the reactionary domain of the traitor government of the
French bourgeoisie ... and established the Municipality of Paris, the first power
proletarian revolutionary politician in the history of humanity. It was one
Epocal revolution of great flow for the whole world. Was the first
attempt by the proletariat to overturn the bourgeoisie and to establish the
dictatorship of the proletariat.
During the Franco-Prussian war, France had undergone one
Disastrous defeat. The French bourgeois government, traitor, had
transferred territories to the enemy and paid large sums of money for the
war allowance, while implementing a cruel repression of the
people at home. It is in this situation, in which the entire nation was
tormented by a growing misery and class contradictions yes
they acute every day, that the proletariat and the other workers of
Paris launched an armed insurrection.
After its foundation, the Municipality of Paris adopted a series of measures
aimed at abolishing the old permanent army, to build the forces
Armies of the people, to completely destroy the old system
bureaucratic politician who enslaved the people and to create a system
of universal suffrage. It is just as Marx underlined: the
Municipality of Paris is "the dawn of the great social revolution that will free
Forever humanity from the regime of the classes ".
However, since at the time the French proletariat was not
sufficiently mature and powerful and was missing from the guidance of a party
Marxist politician, the leaders of the Municipality of Paris were unable to give
following the victory of 18 March obtained by chasing and annihilating
completely the reactionary forces of
Thiers, piled up in Versailles.
Did not carry out a firm and decisive repression of the
counter -revolutionaries. They did not expropria the capitalist bank of France.
Nor managed to form an alliance with the farmers. All of these
factors led to the final strangulation of the great
proletarian revolution by the joint forces of the enemy in
homeland and abroad. But in front of the frenetic counterattacks of the enemy,
The heroic sons and daughters of the Municipality of Paris fought
valiantly in a spirit of maximum devotion to the revolution. For
Defending the Municipality fought to the last drop of blood. Their
brave and heroic deeds will always shine with a light
dazzling.
At the time of the revolution of the Municipality of Paris, Karl Marx yes
He found in London. He actively supported the revolutionary initiative of
Parisian proletariat. Two days after the defeat of the Municipality of
Paris, Marx, in his brilliant work
The civil war in France
,
described the great achievements obtained by the heroes of the Municipality e
he summarized the experience and lessons of this revolution. In light of the
attempt by the Municipality of Paris to establish the dictatorship of
proletariat, Marx stressed: "La
working class cannot

A flag of the Municipality of Paris. Breaks: Battalion 117, Legion 9, Municipality of Paris,
Republic of France.
On March 18, 1871 the proletariat and other workers in Paris

reactionary.
The establishment of the first proletarian revolutionary political power of the
History of humanity - the Municipality of Paris - was proclaimed between applause
Fragorosis and shouts of "Long live the Municipality!" who shook the square.
Members of the Municipality of Paris in Sitting

of proletarian internarationalism, he demolished the "victory column" of

And he renamed the "International Square" place. Fighters of the Municipality

The fighters of the Municipality of Paris erected barricades on the street, determined to defend the municipality at all costs.
After its foundation, the Municipality of Paris issued a series of decrees
aimed at destroying the old state apparatus and improving the
working and working conditions of workers. Above, in the center:
On the abolition of the old permanent army and its replacement
with the National Guard. Below, in the center: on the improvement of
working conditions of the bakers. Left: "To the workers of the
Campaigns ". On the right: on the separation between state and church.
The fighters of the Municipality of Paris defend their revolutionary political power.
The heroic fighters of the Municipality of Paris are firmly decided to defend their position.
Louise Michel, a heroine of the Municipality of Paris, was inflexible later

The poet Eugene Pottier, a member of the Municipality of Paris, wrote the famous

The worker composer Pierre Degeyter, once a member of the volunteers
of reinforcement of the Municipality of Paris, music this immortal poetry as
A battle song of the proletarian revolution. The song expresses
the revolutionary will and the high militancy of the proletariat and the
workers from all over the world.
After a fierce battle against the enemy, the last group of
fighters of the Municipality heroically sacrificed his life at
This wall of the Pere Lachaise cemetery. It has been called since then
"The Comunardi wall" with revolutionary masses. It will always inspire
the proletariat from all over the world to keep the
principles of the Municipality of Paris and to fight to the end for
the emancipation of all humanity.
The working class, the people and the youth in our country are experiencing an unprecedented attack on basic rights daily. Wages shrink, accuracy beats red. Care and studies are transformed into expensive right for few. Popular rights and popular freedoms are called into question, and repressive forces act and terrorize daily.
At the same time, the ND government, with the full support of the rest of the bourgeoisie (SYRIZA, PASOK, etc.), on behalf of the local capital, puts a back on the promotion of US military plans for Ukraine and the Middle East. It grants airports, allows for marine and aerial passes, has filled the country with US -NATO bases. This involves the people and the country in the dangerous and pro -war design of the murderers of the peoples!
The country's involvement in the US-EU-British intervention in the Red Sea is another serious step on an active front that can light fire throughout the Middle at any time. In this way, they support the US mantle in the region, Israel, and the bloodshed that still continues in Gaza.
In the face of all these gloomy developments and the flame of war threatening the peoples, it is necessary to develop the anti-war-anti-imperialist struggle of the people and youth in our country. Employees and youth have no interest in involvement in imperialist competitions. On the contrary, we have every interest in fighting for the country unleashing the war, to stop any involvement and any facility in war plans, to leave bases, NATO and Americans.
At a time when the capitalist-imperialist system expands and crushes any right and conquest, the people, the working class and the youth must put their stamp on developments. To chart their own path to their philanthropic plans. To rely on their own strengths and not to look for imperialists for patrons. To fight for peace, friendship and solidarity of peoples, against the nationalist poison that sheds imperialists and dependent bourgeoisie.
• EXTRA-BASES-NATO-Americans! Out of the EU!
• LEFTERIA IN PALESTINE!
• Neither land - nor water in the murderers of people!
• NO EMPLOYEES OF THE COUNTRY! NO FACILITIES TO THE FUNDS!
Intervention in the central square of the city was organized by the KKE (M-L) on Saturday, March 23, with announcements by the telecoon and a proclamation. The anti -populist policy of the government and the system was overall, and the path of organized struggle was promoted. The response of the world was quite positive, which has been found in other interventions lately. There are clear indications of the depth and breadth of the attack that touches wide social strata and the concerns and pursuits that develop within these strata.
Following is the notice shared:
To live we have to fight !!
;
Health Minister A. Georgiadis
, "Specialist" in implementing the policy of the system that strikes the people's right to free care,
announced the start
(and in our city)
of afternoon and with additional surgery pay. A few days ago, he committed a cancer patient in Crete because he did not find medication for his treatment !!
· Battle with precision says that the government gives and promises to increase (crumbs) to the basic salary, but cuts the extraordinary Easter allowance because "the economy can't stand".
And the popular family is narrowing in poverty and poverty and restricts basic needs to bring out at least the first fortnight of the month ...
· "Students may not be deleted" (struggling), says the prime minister, who just a week ago voted for Pierrakakis, who drives away the children of popular families from universities and prepares a new abortion of class barriers for children with high school children. The so -called national diploma. Laws must work,
49 Student arrests and asylum violations in Thessaloniki, but also ongoing disciplinary and criminal prosecution of teachers because they simply exercised their trade unions ...
·
And the "blind" justice, the oil is pudding the pediatrician mijo
(with backs to government and church)
acting in conjunction with the so -called Inquiry Committee on Tempi Crime
, which in its findings are again killing the 57 victims to acquit its system and governments, which do not give a damn about the life of the people and youth.
· Where they give - no dime - but dozens of billions are in war equipment, F35s and frigates, which send them to the Red Sea at the behest of their bosses and the EU.
Thus participating in the crime of Zionists and the US, who massively slaughtered by the Palestinian people, condemn the death of thousands of children, carry out a Nazi genocide and have turned the Gaza Strip into a "skull place" !!
The reality boats !! To live we have to fight.
Through the unions to become struggle organs
of workers and not seals in the hands of sold union leaders.
With assemblies and strikes
Determined to fight and earn collective agreements and substantial salaries, rights, trade union freedoms.
Through race committees and initiatives,
who will rally people and youth to develop resistance and claims, for free care and education, for cheap energy and the goods of popular need for safe and cheap transport.
The student's massive race,
that was closed by the KKE forces at universities and other supposedly left-wing factions to focus on the European elections coming,
left indelible his stamp on youth consciousness,
but also in wider layers. So are the agricultural mobilizations.
The mass strike on 28 February showed that there is enough anger, possibility, and a need to open the road of the race !! For a front of resistance and claim, for work, education, peace, life with rights.

NOVA DEMOCRACIA REPORTS
, that peasants who recently occupied the Ipê farm, in Machadinho D’Oeste, northeastern region of Rondônia, faced a brutal attack on the camp, carried out by a band of paramilitaries and the police, on March 7, 2024.
The peasants were surprised by several men without uniforms who invaded the camp through the woods. The paramilitary gang handcuffed and beat the workers and handed them over to police officers who were waiting in a soy-bean area, with several vehicles and even a helicopter. The peasants thought they would be arrested, but they suffered another session of physical aggression, this time by the police; only one peasant was taken into custody.
The helicopter, probably the same one that operates in the Machadinho region, since March 5th, was linked to the Federal Police, as you can see in the video:
Peasant representatives suspect that one of the perpetrators of this crime is the landlord “Ivo da Ipê”, who claims to be the owner of the Ipê farm. The farm is legally public land destined for the agrarian reform and was taken over by Ipê’s father-in-law, who deceased.
“Ivo do Ipê” is an old enemy of the peasants, responsible for the murder of the peasant Ivo Martins, from the Cristo Rei Area, in Cacaulândia in February 2003. Peasants hold him responsible for the cowardly murders of the comrades Tonha and Serafim, on August 1, 2003. They were leaders of several camps in the Machadinho region and were victims of an ambush.
This new attack on peasants, at the beginning of March, joins several others in the region, promoted by a consortium of landlords who have worked with paramilitary groups in conjunction with the official troops of the old State.
On the other hand, organized peasants reaffirm their decision to resist on their lands and prepare, increasingly united, organized and combative.

NOVA DEMOCRACIA REPORTS
, that on March 20, a demonstration at the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice demanded the end of the case against Diego Felipe, a motorcycle taxi driver and hospital`s bearer. He is accused by the Military Police of transporting a disassembled rifle, which was with a passenger carried by the worker.
The first-instance trial against Diego Felipe was held unjustly in July 2023 on the false accusation. The worker was imprisoned for two months in a prison in the municipality of São Gonçalo and is currently on provisional release. Diego’s colleagues and family demand an end to the trial and denounce the criminalization of the people by the old State. The trial in Diego’s case was now postponed to April 1st due to the non-appearance of the police officers who are part of the prosecution.
The demonstration began at noon and was attended by Diego’s friends and family, as well as democratic organizations such as the Brazilian Center for Solidarity with the People (Cebraspo). On the occasion, the protesters held up posters and echoed phrases such as
Justice for Diego
,
Mototáxi is not criminal, Workers are not criminals, it was the Military Police who killed Amarildo.
During the interventions, family members denounced the racist nature of the police in their constant arrests and arbitrary operations against workers living in favelas, pointing out that Diego’s case is not an exception, but rather a rule in a country where 44.5% of prisoners have not yet been judged, according to data from the National Council of Justice (CNJ) in 2022.
The protesters also denounced the double standards used by the justice system of the old State. While it prosecutes, arrests and criminalizes thousands of innocent workers, it acquits and releases the military police officers who kill people in the favelas, as recently occurred with the acquittal of the police officers who murdered the worker Cláudia Ferreira.

In the past two days, demonstrations in solidarity with the people of Palestine have taken place in NRW, one of them organized by the Red Bund of North Rhine -Westphalia. We were sent a report that we want to publish here at this point
On Friday, March 22nd, the demonstration "against genocide and crew - freedom for Palestine" organized in Essen as part of the "Open Palestine Bochum". The opening rally at 6:00 p.m. opened a speech by the comrades of "Palestine Anticolonial", who took the long way out of Münster to support the demonstration. The speech denounced the complicity of German imperialism and made it clear that the advanced forces within the anti-imperialist and Palestine-solidary movement in the FRG will not be banned from the bourgeois state and its media.
Shortly afterwards, the demonstration with about 150 participants pulled off powerfully despite rain and shortly before the start of fasting. Anyone who did not take part in the demonstration was the MLPD. The MLPD had explicitly forbidden the open Palestine meeting, since no advertising for bourgeois parties was desired on the demonstration. After this then heard the first two speeches and the subsequent demonstration savers, it left the demonstration, since apparently their bourgeois respect was violated, since nobody wanted to distance themselves from the national resistance struggle. Without your own flags to stage yourself on the demos, and without a denunciation of elements of national resistance - the MLPD does not take to the streets. Good this way!
After sunset, including at the intermediate rally, sweets, dates and water were distributed (some of which were donated by local Bochum restaurants in solidarity) and there was another speech by the Palestine Solidarity Duisburg. It refer to the crimes of the imperialists against national liberation movements around the world and that, such as in Algeria or Zimbabwe, they are defamed as terrorism. Furthermore, the speech dealt with the criminalization of the slogan "From the River to the Sea - Palestine Will!", Which was also prohibited at this demo in Bochum, but was nevertheless called by the demonstration.
The following day, together with some other participants of the open Palestine meeting, we took part in a Palestine demonstration in Essen, where the banner against genocide and crew was also carried and some editions of the revolutionary newspaper "Rote Post" could be sold under the demonstration participants.
Around 100 people gathered in the demonstration in the city center of Essen on Hirschlandplatz. A loud and combative demonstration was celebrated, which was accompanied by a loudspeaker car. Loud slogans were tuned all the time, even if they had a significantly more pacifistic orientation than the day before. As always, the police put on strict requirements such as the ban on the slogan "From the River to the Sea Palestine Will" or the ban on the denial of an Israeli state.
In summary, it should be said that both demonstrations - but above all the demo in Bochum - were important moments to consolidate a consistently anti -imperialist point of view among the participating forces. In the question of whether you are on the sides of the oppressors or oppressed, there is no middle ground and those who represented this experienced a clear flap on Friday. What is missing and what is to be developed is the perspective; the need for the Communist Party in Palestine is to focus. This is the only way to become a People's War that is actually able to create a Palestine for his people.
Only the revolution will give what we are for women's liberation, but it is part of the whole revolution, and it is part of the release of the proletariat; Therefore, it will be fully given in communism, it will undoubtedly come, so thesis says that according to Marxism, women's liberation is part of the release of the proletariat, that is when there will be full equality for life, it will be jumps that will be made; That's how desire is one thing, reality is another, the other is not to see reality, that's what Marxism says, a decree is not enough we could give a decree:
Full legal equality, but it will not be realized before communism, equality for life, that is the fact. Lenin emphasized this well, he said: 'Equality before the law is one thing, to guarantee equality between men and women, and equality for life is another', and he said that the problem is that women have to fight for their own emancipation, and they can only do this within the emancipation of the proletariat, there is no other way to do it.
People's Woman Movement
Declaration of principles
With the advent of classes marking the beginning of exploitation, the oppressive burden of women also began; From slave to Livegen, from Livegen to Works. To this day, when there are exploiters, women are suppressed and this situation can only cease when the class basis for oppression falls at the root.
From yesterday's women's slavery to today's formal equality, centuries of silent and persistent struggle or mass violence has fought conquests in total battles. Society develops in the middle of the class struggle and is promoted by the masses in battle.
The progress of women has been and is the progress of the people. But they have not been passive recipients, they have been sister fighters and decisive advocates for the oppressed's case and militants in the front line; People's trenches everywhere also carry the indelible traces of their blood. Women are not, as it is said, apolitical and indifferent; Women, especially women of the people, are revolutionary warriors.
The daughters of the oppressed classes, workers, peasants and workers have given glorious names that adorn the releasing deeds of the masses: Rosa Luxemburg and Liu Ju-Lan are examples of the international revolutionary struggle and in our city Micaela Bastidas.
Women are not just passive beings, not just banal ornaments in the home, not just apolitical instruments; Class-conscious women are tireless fighters and determined activists.
Peruvian women have also been and are popular fighters, and as part of our people they have fought with them throughout our history; The women's battle in our country has its synthesis: Micaela Bastidas.
Women today suffer from oppression and exploitation, and it has a cause: the semi -colonial and semi -feudal situation in our country; A situation that weighs as mountains of our people and which doubles its weight on the female masses in Peru.
In this society where the masses rise against imperialism and feudalism, women take their place in the fight and emit their clear war cries to join our people's roaring cries. The Peruvian women's struggle is part of the oppressed and exploited people's struggle, and their enemies are the same. Their common struggles and their invincible and necessary final success will also be the same triumphant and liberating success.
The Peruvian women have never stopped fighting, but the present requires a wider and deeper participation on their part.
Today, when the ruling classes elaborate on capitalism dependent on imperialism in the country; where they use anti -democratic and top -controlled perceptions to organize the masses with corporativist forms that deny the principle of class struggle; Today, when mobilization and organizing women are encouraged outside the popular struggle and in favor of the ruling classes, the People's Women's Movement De Ayacucho resumes its fighting march and throws themselves, with a clear awareness of the situation in our country, in the struggle for class mobilization of Perúvian Women in the Service of the National Democratic Revolution.
This task will be performed in accordance with essential principles:
- It is only possible to play a consistent and firm revolutionary role in following the invincible light of Mariátegui's thought.
- The masses free themselves and we must serve them by making them aware of their creative role in history.
- In our country, the plenty we need to approach, mainly the workers and the peasants, and we must always orient ourselves to the poorest and most exploited.
- To mobilize and organize, it is necessary to investigate and propaganda; That is, knowing the concrete problems of the masses and developing revolutionary agitation and propaganda among them.
- It is necessary to organize in all the forms that the proletariat has created and developed. Women must join all of them.
- Women can only organize themselves properly if they do so on the basis of a class principle of grouping women based on their class position.
- Without a clear and just political consciousness, there is no soul, that is, conscious and firm to follow the laws of the struggle of the people in our homeland.
- To take the basic and primary need of step by step, through the struggle, to raise the political consciousness, to base the majority's most concrete needs and problems and to raise them politically.
- The revolutionary struggle can only succeed by uniting all oppressed people and classes, but the most important thing is to rely on its own efforts.
– Under these principles, and in order to fulfill the goal of class mobilization of Peruvian women, the PEOPLE'S WOMEN'S MOVEMENT de Ayacucho makes an effort, tenacity and struggle to unite with other similar movements, to create and develop the PEOPLE'S MOVEMENT de nuestra patria as a movement created by the proletariat in the female masses, with three characteristics: 1) Adherence to Mariátegui's thoughts; 2) as a class organization of the masses, and 3) subject to democratic centralism.

5 years in prison for 75-year-old woman who defended her land
75-year-old Hatice Kocalar was placed in court, accused of beating officials from a mining company. The 5th.
March she met up in court where the prosecutor demanded
a prison sentence of 5 years
. The court postponed the case to the 28th.
maj.
The mining company wanted to build a mine in the field Kocalar in the village of Avdan in the Tavas district of Denizli Province in western Turkey. The peasants said they would not have coal, they would live and produce, and filed a complaint about the decision to allow the mine. The court decided to stop the construction of the mine but in spite of this
Continued the business its activities
.
Hatice Kocalar does not want any mines in her village or on her land, and together with her husband and children she is one of the farmers fighting against the mine. She explains the following about the charges against her:
“Two trucks came. The excavator arrived. They would dig the field and I protested. I told them the company officials should come. Two engineers came. There were five people in total. I was alone. How can I beat five people? I didn't strike him, there was a quarrel between us. I didn't have a stick in my hand. I do not accept the accusations against me. I want my acquittal. "
Kocalar rejected the criminalization of the fight for land and said, “I defended my land. I don't have an eye for anyone's land. Is it a crime to defend my own land? Let everyone hear what I say I don't fear anyone. Also let the company come, I'm not afraid. "
TKP/ML - YDK: Newroz is a celebration of the rebellion!
Blacksmith Kawa's rebellion against Dehaq is a recognition of all the slaves' chains. Blacksmith Kawa's rebellion against the cruel Dehaq is not only an assertion of justice, but also an expression of historical consciousness that represents the truth. What gave the spirit of Newroz, which is part of the millennial story of the fight between the oppressor and the oppressed, and its symbol, the fire, was the righteousness and righteousness of the oppressed to the oppressors. Newroz is a fire of the rebellion for those who are right.
Newroz is an awakening, a resurrection and an awareness of one's chains. Newroz is undoubtedly a party for those attempted to slaves, assimilated if culture was destroyed and whose language was banned by the Turkish rulers because of their national identity. It is a struggle for awakening, resistance and liberation from all this oppression of the Kurdish nation, which has been tried to be kept under national oppression. This struggle for liberation was attempted to be suppressed by the fascist dictatorship of massacres, devastation, prohibition and denials. Newroz was banned by fascism, just as it is also forbidden to be Kurds.
But today it has once again been proven that the unfair and cruel cannot achieve their goals against the righteous. Newroz was also written into the story such as Mazlum Doğan's slogan of not surrendering by transforming his body into a fireball against the order that "the fate of the Kurds is slavery", under the most contemptible torture. The fire of the rebellion, which flared up again, grew irrevocably in the mountains and cities under the leadership of the Kurdish national movement. While the guerrilla stepped up the rebellion with the awareness that "salvation is coming from the end of the barrel," the Kurdish people turned with the risk of mass massacres, Newroz into a resistance day with Serhıldans (
red. –
Words referring to the Kurdish rebellions against national oppression from the ancient Turkish state).
Newroz is no longer just a holiday or a celebration of the peoples of the Middle East, but also the fire of uninterrupted struggle built by those who oppose historical injustice with their historical resistance. Newroz has become a celebration of oppressed peoples, beliefs and nations to challenge injustice.
The imperialist-capitalist system and its servants attack the oppressed people and nations of using their war machines and all the oppression. As the conflict between imperialists is sharpened, regional wars become more common, chauvinism escalates around the world, and hostilities between nations are nourished. Palestine and the Kurdish nations are exposed to devastating attacks from Zionism and fascism, the servants of imperialism, for the freedom they require. The imperialist system and its lacquer are performing constant and strong attacks that burden the people with the economic crisis they are experiencing.
More struggle is needed against fascism, stronger organizations and a stronger unity of revolutionary forces. But it is not possible to go back and defeat fascism through electoral tours, parliaments, municipalities and the now very limited legal fieldwork. It is crucial to make seats, streets and all areas of battlefields against fascism and to create stronger organizations. The fascist dictatorship appears armed from head to toe with a power apparatus. The fight for power against power, with weapons against weapons, is crucial.
The rides in Newroz
are the armed, organized rebellion.
Newroz
is a call to break the chains to be saved.
Newroz
is about dealing with the fight with a revolutionary spirit, not with a liberal spirit.
Newroz
is an invitation to organize to win the future and to expand the fight with guerrilla battle, which is the carotid wound.

The counter -revolution in Bijapur has led to one change after another
February 14 – March 11
14.
February:
According to media reports from the Indian News Agency "Print," alleged the alleged Maoists in the district of Narayanpur in the state of Chhattisgarh a man because he is said to have been an informant of the police.
15.
February:
In the state of Odisha in the Boudh district was an explosion of a landmine where two security forces were seriously injured. The two injuries were part of an anti-Maoist search operation of the so-called 'special operational group' in Nalikumpha-Wald. The two warriors in this reactionary elite unit were injured upside down and eyes and had to be evacuated by air transport.
18.
February:
In the Bijapur district of the state of Chhattisgarh, a unity of People's Freeland Guerilla army in India's Communist Party (Maoists) succeeded in spectacular commitment. A senior officer in a battalion of the paramilitary unit "Armed Forces of Chhattisgarh" was attacked and killed with an ax while shopping for vegetables less than 200 meters from his police camp. According to sources from the Indian police district, they killed a tested and tested veteran with many years of experience with antimaoist operations that had served the old Indian state for 20 years. His unit, which immediately began a large-scale search operation after the attack, did not find an attacker, even though the paramilitary claims attackers are said to have been members of the revolutionary militia. So about villagers taking military tasks as part of the revolutionary army in their own villages.
24.
February:
In the West Singhbhum district in the state of Jharkhand, a police -informed liquidation was liquidated by revolutionary.
25.
February:
The first of a new commander of "Armed Forces of Chhattisgarh" with a group of people who were also a member of "Armed Forces in Chhattisgarh" after the Bijapur district revolution. This time, it hit a main course in the 19th battalion of the paramilitary police unit as it was to secure a main street in an antimaoist investigative campaign as part of a reconnaissance unit to keep the rest of the reactionary troop from possible back. However, the main railway on the street came with an explosive unit and was killed by the subsequent explosion on the spot. In this case, it should also be emphasized that the explosion device was placed near the police broker for the 19th battalion.
In Bijapur and Chhattisgarh, the people of India and Chhattisgarh, who have been in helplessness in their own country, on the one hand can be the first of the many basic principles of the revolution, especially in the Bijapur region, to ensure that they are capable of to make the most of their own resources to achieve this new goal. On the other hand, the ancient Indian state does not appear to be able to protect its counter -revolutionary armed forces and maintain the offensive nature of the actual mission. Instead, you can see in Bijapur how the initiative is on the side of the revolutionary army under the leadership of the Communist Party of India (Maoists). The big
Conversion and extermination surgery of a police officer with at least 35 dead police officers
and
the killing of three members of the paramilitary special unit COBRA in a fire match in Bijapur February
This year are examples of this in January. The fact that members of the militia are now said to have killed a battalion leader as a relatively outpatient and lower unit confirms that the assessment that the new and red power is consolidated in Bijapur. Generally, there is an Etre image where the old armed forces of the Indian state of Bijapur and other regions are more like a voice without a main strength and are in a rear movement, while the revolutionaries successfully trigger the attempts on attacks on the new power and develop strong TAKE Counts -Offensive.
1.
March
:
A party member of the fascist BJP party by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was killed with staff in the Bijapur district in Chhattisgarh.
6.
March
:
Four days later, the local leader of the fascist BJP - Partiti in Bijapur was assaulted and killed by revolutionary guerrillas. According to media reports, it is the overall eighth murder campaign against members of the fascist party over the past year.
9.
March
:
Two police informants were killed in Kandhamal in the state of Odisha.
11.
March
:
In Bijapur, a police informant was killed near the village of Telepathy. Police then conducted an antimaoist search operation without finding one of the attackers.
We share a video from a press conference with the newly released professor G.N. Saibaba.
There has been a report in the past
on the acquittal and release of Saibaba, who was sentenced to life imprisonment by the ancient Indian state of alleged relations with the Communist Party of India (Maoists).
Casr protesting against arbitrary suspension of three Muslim teachers
10. marts
We hereby publish an unofficial translation of the following statement from Casr.
CASR STRONGLY PROTESTS AGAINST THE ARBITRARY SUSPENSION OF THREE MUSLIM TEACHERS FROM KHAJURI HIGH SCHOOL IN RAJASTHAN
We endorse the attitudes of the students who have objected to the suspension, some of which were forced to give false testimony against the suspended teachers.
We call for an immediate reinstatement of Firoz Khan, Mirza Mujahid and Shabana, whose suspension does not rest on any rational reason and to a large extent suggest hidden motives.
In addition, we urge the authorities to conduct an impartial investigation into the charges against Firoz Khan, Mirza Mujahid and Shabana. Any disciplinary case should be based on concrete evidence rather than unfounded claims.
We call for the protection of academic freedom and a learning environment free of discrimination and threats. Educational institutions should be places where diversity is hailed and respected, not places where individuals go for individuals because of their religious identity.

The old Indian state against Sanjoy Deepak Rao
11. marts
Monday March 11
The National Investigation Board (National Investigation Agency (NIA)) in the old Indian state filed a formal indictment against Sanjoy Deepak Rao in front of a special court for NIA in Hyderabad. Sanjoy Deepak Rao, a progressive intellectual from Jammu and Kashmir, has already been arrested several times for his activism. Last September, he was arrested again in Telangana, this time accused of being the leader of the Communist Party of India (Maoists), a party leading a folk war against the ancient Indian state.
There have been reports in the past
about his arrest.
The accusation includes violations of the Indian Criminal Code in several of its paragraphs, but in particular several paragraphs in the Prevention of Illegal Activities (Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA)) are included, especially section 17, 18, 18-B, 20, 38, 39 and 40. This notorious law has been characterized as 'draconic' of
Media all over the world
and
especially of the progressive Indian media
. Among other alleged materials that, according to the repressive powers, would strain him, Sanjoy Deepak Rao's accessories, such as the laptop and alleged literature related to Maoism, are said to be confiscated, as is usual in raids during UAPA. Rao was on his way to medical treatment when he was arrested and IKP (Maoists) has declared that Rao was mistakenly related to the party.
Numerous activists and organizations for democratic rights have on many occasions condemned the abuse and oppression of the ancient Indian state, which, among other oppressive mechanisms, use UAPA to imprison those who disagree with the policy of the Indian ruling and imperialism in India. Among those who condemn this use of UAPA is campaign against state oppression (
CASR
) and forum against corporation and militarization (
FACAM
) from which we have reproduced and translated many statements and press releases.
Between 2015 and 2020
have more than 8,000 people been prosecuted using UAPA
, and 97.2 percent of them have been imprisoned for a long time and eventually acquitted. It is very common for these charges to be without evidence and this law acts as a threat and punishment against activists from all over the country. They are usually labeled as Maoists, even though they are only activists of democratic rights, against oppression or in defense of oppressed parts of the population. It was
the case of Professor Saibaba, who was recently acquitted
and released after being charged without evidence, which was acknowledged by the Indian courts.
What many media outlets hide is that the UAPA is not an invention of the government led by Modi and the BJP, but that it is a repressive tool of the Indian ruling classes and imperialism, which became
Introduced in 1967
, as there was an intense popular fight against the old Indian state. Since this year, the changing governments of the ancient Indian state have had the opportunity to ban and pursue organizations and associations under UAPA's section 3 without the need for evidence, judgments or other possible defense on the part of the oppressed. Since this year, progressive media has condemned that there has been a serious attack on democratic rights and freedoms, and in recent years the Indian government has used a tool it already had.
The old Indian state is unable to control manipur
12. marts
Today the Indian Supreme Court has
pointed out that "the police have not been responsible for the situation in the last two months" and have stated that "they have not maintained law and order." Yet another proof of what is already known: the old Indian state is still unable to suppress the protests and attacks against it in manipur.
So far there are some official figures from the Manipur Government: At the end of February
were 13,264 structures/buildings been destroyed
, a number that continues to update and rise; there is
made more than 187,000 arrests
, and 10,000 lawsuits have been opened against those who have rebelled against the ancient Indian authorities. Since the end of February, the oppressive forces have continuously stated that they are unable to get manipur under their control, nor are they able to stop the armed fight in the country.
There have been reports in the past
on new armed clashes.
The situation has continued to develop without being better or resolved by the Indian authorities. Between the end of February and the beginning of this month there were several very significant events: Wednesday, February 27th
lap
armed groups against
a senior police officer's residence
In Manipur's capital, Imphal. Then
they took him
capture. The attack was carried out by about 200 armed persons. Manipur's police commands refused to exercise their functions that day, showing the total crisis in the area of the repressive forces. Last Friday found
a new similar incident took place,
In this case, a soldier was taken prisoner, which is the fourth similar case since May 2023.
The government in manipur is unable to deal with the situation, and the
have even canceled transfers of police officers
From some parts of manipur to other parts, because in that case it could not guarantee the bit of control it has over some districts. However
Has the police in Manipur asked
The Indian Army and other central oppression forces
about help
And said that their needs have grown in manipur and that they must be inserted with greater strength. Subsequently, it has been pointed out that joint operations between several oppression forces are carried out intensely, but local oppression forces are asking for more central efforts.
This will undoubtedly lead to the reactionary and local ruling classes to use a harsher repressive policy against the people of manipur and against any protest that will be labeled as a criminal or violent. Attorneys and activists in Manipur actually indict that this is already happening, for example with the exaggerated
power used by the Rapid Intervention Force
Against the frequent and peaceful women's protests taking place in manipur. All of this is nothing but the result of the sharp crisis of the local ruling classes, and due to the explosiveness of the masses, materialized in the major protests that have shaken manipur since May 2023. And these protests have not been pacified at all, on the contrary they continue week after week, month after month, showing the weakness and reactionary character of the old Indian state.
CASR: March 18 - Public Meeting on Political Prisoners and Unriched Prison
18 March
We hereby publish an unofficial translation of the following press release from the campaign against state oppression (CASR).
Press release
Campaign Against State Repression (CASR) Press conference and public meeting on political prisoners and wrongful imprisonment of Hem Mishra, GN Saibaba, Pandu Narote, Prashant Rahi, Mahesh and Vijay Tirki
On March 18, 2024, campaign against state oppression (CASR), a common platform for more than 35 organizations, the International Solidarity Day with political prisoners by holding a public gathering and press conference entitled "Life in Anda Cell: Political prisoners and wrong prisons «In India's press club, Delhi. The event was to mark the cultural activist Hem Mishra and his family's acquittal and prison, after the Bombay Lands Court acquitted him of all charges with professor at Delhi University Dr. GN Saibaba, journalist Prashant Rahi, Adivasi activists Vijay Tirki, Mahesh Tirki and Pandu Narote. The event started with 2 minutes of silence for Pandu Narote, who died in prison at the age of 33 because the authorities had neglected to treat his illness.
Dr. Saroj Giri from Delhi University's Department of Political Science and Member of Forum against Corporatization and Militarization (Facam) started the conference by pointing out that arrests and imprisonment of political prisoners such as Hem Mishra are not a matter of legal victories or individual political parties. Instead, Giri believes that Hem Mishra was imprisoned because he raised the question of corporate looting of natural resources, the displacement of adivasis, caste -based oppression and exploitation of workers and peasants. Saroj Giri said: "The case of election bonds has revealed that all parties trying to maintain a facade of election democracy are allies in using the workers' work and Chhattisgarh's resources as ATMs for their class government. Votes like Hem Mishra, who opposed this, was brought to silence. "
Hem Mishra's father, mr. K.D. Mishra, then talked about Hems family's experiences during his fake imprisonment. He discussed how the legal procedures were violated when his son was abducted by police and how his disability was ignored. He told how his son was always interested in fighting for the interests of the people. He said, "My son has a disability that limits the use of his hand. We made a great effort to get it treated when he was little, but in prison it was difficult to get him medication. The only thing we heard was that our son was Naxalit, Maoist, which allegedly made him worse than any other criminal. My wife said he fought for the interests of the people and for a noble matter, but it took a long time for me to accept it. "
Sankt Stephen's College, You, Professor and Former President of Delhi University Teachers' Association (

Delhi University Teachers Association (Duta)) Dr. Nandita Narain told how even those who defended the interests of political prisoners, such as Professor Hany Babu, who was a member of the Committee of Defense and the release of G. N. Saibaba and Rona Wilson of the Committee for the release of Political Prisoners (
red. –
Committee for the Release of Political Prisoners (CRPP)), both of whom are imprisoned accused of being associated with the forbidden India's Communist Party (Maoists) during the fictional Bhima Koregaon-Elgaar Parisha case. She also argued that just carrying Maoist literature and raising the demand for Jal-Jangal-Jameen (our water, our forest, our country) does not make a responsible for arrest under UAPA. She said, "We are students, scholars, teachers. Reading and carrying Maoist literature is no crime, but our right, for we must study all thoughts, ideologies and philosophies and reach our own understanding. "

The Indian Association of People's Lawyers (IAAPL)), even arrested under charge of being a Maoist!
Hems Mother spoke as the next and told crying about his trials during his imprisonment. She said, "We are people from the Himalayas. We did not come here to get our son labeled as a terrorist and enemy of the state. I'm only glad that ten years of harassment is over. "
Veteran lawyer and activist Prashant Bhushan then spoke to the press, highlighting how agencies such as the National Bureau of Investigation (NIA) and the Directorate of Enforcement (
red. –
Enforcement Directorate (ED)) has received extra-legal impunity under the current government to criminally plunder the country and lead manufactured cases against activists fighting all this. "Political prisoners are stuck in this situation because of the draconic UAPA law used against them, where bail becomes an exception and prison becomes the rule even when one is not guilty," he said.
Democratic rights activist Devika Menon followed suit and condemned draconic laws such as UAPA and maintained the demand for the release of all political prisoners. She referred to the UN resolutions and conventions that guarantee political prisoners but which have not been realized in Indian society. She recalled Professor R.S. Rao's words and added: “Rights are determined by the people and for the people. They cannot be conditional in a country that claims to be a democracy. "
Get the US and Israel to pay for March 1 -Massacre
!

We hereby publish an unofficial translation of the following
declaration
From the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) originally published on Philippine's Revolution Web Central (
PRWC
).
The Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) joins the people of Palestine and all democratic forces around the world by condemning the Zionist government of Israel and its armed occupation forces to the abominable massacre of 112 Palestinians in northern Gaza in March 1.
The Israeli defense forces (
red. –
Israel Defense Forces, named so, despite always being the aggressors (IDF)) are completely contemptible to count bullets on hundreds of Palestinians who are desperately waiting for flour carried by a humanitarian convoy from the United Nations.
The massacre has further raged the Palestinian people and people all over the world. They require an immediate stop to the US-backed genocide attacks by Israel against the Palestinians in Gaza.
The CPP also condemns the Biden government for trying to wash the hands of Palestinian blood with its false humanitarian act of dropping lunches using their C-130 military cargo aircraft yesterday. This false and hypocritical show cannot overshadow how the United States and other imperialist powers continue to support the war crimes committed by the Zionist Israeli government in Gaza, which has now resulted in more than 30,000 deaths.
The party and the Philippine people will never hover in their support for the Palestinian people's struggle for national liberation. The blood wasted in Gaza will forever care and strengthen the opposition of the Palestinian people and its ultimate victory.
Negrosanons Look right through 3. ID's lies

We hereby publish an unofficial translation of the following
article
from the Philippine Revolution Web Central (

Major General Marion Sison can do nothing but whine because he does not credibly deny the brutal massacre of five Red warriors in Bilar, Bohol, the killing of farmer Jose Caramihan in Escalante Metropolis, Negro's Occidental, and aerial bombing and artillery fire in Escalante Storby and another in San Joaquin, Iloilo last month. These are all clear violations of international humanitarian law committed by soldiers under the command of Sisons as commander of the 3rd Infantry Division. Infantry Division. Therefore, he is also very responsible.
The people themselves have witnessed, and many of them were also victims of the outrageous crimes committed by reactionary state forces. No amount of deodorization can hide the stench of Sison and his lacquer's mouths spraying lies and disinformation.
Sison insists that the entire nation's approach is effective in Western and central Visayas, but their goals of success are weak, such as the number of civilians, forcing to surrender as members or supporters of the new folk army (NPA), the number of civilians and HORS DE COMBAT (
red. –
Hors de Combat is a term used in the laws of war to refer to soldiers who are unable to fight during war. Examples include people who are parachuting from disabled aircraft, survivors of shipwrecks, and the sick, wounded, detained or otherwise disabled) they kill, the number of communities, they terrorize, and most importantly for greedy top executives, the large sums they are in Conduct to destroy from expensive military operations, the surrender fund and token society projects such as Barangay's support development program.
The commanders and generals of the Filipino's armed forces (AFP) boast only the size of their forces, the number and power of their firearms and artillery, their helicopters and attack plans, 500 lb bombs and spy aircraft and surveillance drones. But that's all they have.
AFP does not have the impenetrable support from the masses because it launches a fascist, anti-people-constitutionary war. On the other hand, the people embrace the righteousness of the armed struggle led by the NPA under the absolute leadership of the Communist Party (CPP) and participates active in it. It is NPA's bottomless source of strength.
AFP's troops have low political entity. They have low morals and motivation to fight because most people are only after a hefty salary. They are angry to be made to cannon feet by their ambitious generals. They are demoralized by deeply sitting military corruption. They are ashamed that the deception is being propagated to hide stacking crimes in their ranks and officials.
In contrast, red commands and warriors are bound by permanent political unity to achieve national liberation and democracy. This political consciousness creates mutual understanding and respect between peers. NPA is also ready to overcome victims and difficulties in the spirit of serving the people.
The Third ID. launches sustained and focused military operations and uses its military power to spread fears on Negro's island. But the landscape is still relatively large, and Negrosanon masses tirelessly support their real army, NPA. By waging extensive and intensive geri -war in an ever -expanded and elaborate mass base, NPA can turn the tide and seize the victory.
Therefore, the revolutionary armed battle will continue beyond Major General Sison and even his boss, Visaya's Command Head Benedict Arevalo.
Sison leads the courage to be an army department that ensures that the people are tied to the interests of the ruling class of large incomes and landlords. His desperate words are betrayed by the bloody list of the 3rd Id. Negrosanons look right through his endless lies. ###
Study showing 'high satisfaction' for AFP very questionable
12. marts
We hereby publish an unofficial translation of the following
article
from the Philippine Revolution Web Central (
PRWC
).
The recent study conducted by octa research that claims 86% 'satisfaction assessment' for the armed forces in the Philippines (AFP) is highly questionable.
Especially in areas of the country where there is a powerful presence of AFP fighter troops, anti-military feelings run deeply and wide among the entire population located under martial arts and exposed to countless forms of military assaults.
In rural areas, whole communities and villages have been placed under military garrison, food blockades, exposed to terrorist bombardment, economic disorders, house-to-house-aids, Tokhang-style killing, forced evacuation, declaring areas such as "no man's land" and so on . Every day, AFP troops are involved in human rights violations and violations of international humanitarian law.
It is extremely questionable that the study company octa even conducted interviews among rural areas; And if they ever did, it is doubtful whether they asked the right questions or whether people could freely express their real opinion.
To hide their crimes and burn their image, the AFP spends hundreds of millions of pesos in people's money to manipulate media and public perception, often resorting to fake news, misinformation or news interruptions under its war doctrine of "controlling the information environment."
AFP covers disproportionate use of firepower with false ›NPA Weapon Reconciliation«

Following several public criticism aimed at the Army forces of the Philippines (AFP) over the disproportionate use of firepower against AFP's estimated 'five NPA residues' under a 'series of guns' at the border with Toboso and Escalante metropolis, both in Negros Occidental, last month produce AFP Several ›Recovered 'firearms to save their faces from more public humiliation.
As published by AFP's 3rd ID spokesman and former #Dimasaligan79.IB commander, Colonel Javines became a total of 16 high-powered rifles (
red. –
High-Powered Rifles (HPR)) A total recovered by #Dimasaligan79BIB after their clearing operations: 10 high-powered rifles (HPR) after the meeting 21 to 22nd February and another six HPRs on February 27.
Roselyn Jean Pelle-Command-Northern Negros Guerrilla Front of New People's Army (RJPC-NPA) denies that the majority of said firearms belong to the NPA. Most firearms displayed by #DiMasaligan79.IB are planted evidence.
RJPC-NPA reiterates that no "series of armed meetings" occurred, rather only an armed clash between red warriors and #dimasaligan79B soldiers took place in Barangay Pinapugasan, Escalante metropolis on February 21, around 2 p.m. 11. There was also no armed meeting on February 27 as opposed to statements from #Dimasaligan79B.
It is not at all surprising that AFP invented a report on such a large number of seized war materials. It wants to overshadow its unwarranted air strike and bombing of the Trangkalan Mountain Range using two modern units of Augusta Westland-109 Attack Helicopter Nighthawk's machine gun and rockets (a first on Negros Island) against supposed 'five remaining NPAs', which in effect targeted large fields of sugarcane plantations, rice paddies and civil society; To destroy the environment and force about a thousand inhabitants to evacuate.
Instead of successful, AFP's display of manufactured HPR recovery inadvertently brings their past false allegations to ridiculous levels. Should AFP's claim of less than 10 NPA residues in Northern Negros be actual, it is meeting (and impractical) for "8 red warriors" participating in Geri -War to carry 16 HPRs with food, medical, propaganda materials and personal belongings. Should the public accept AFP's lies on lies, can AFP further claim that RJPC-NPA is now without HPR?
AFP and its 3rd ID (
red. –
infanteridivision, 303. IB (
red. –
Infantry battalion) and #Dimasaligan79.IB are particularly notorious for planting and/or recycling of recovery against both civilians and the revolutionary movement. They exaggerate military claims to appear victorious.
The latest false recovery is the reported "NPA weapon depot discovered by #dimasaligan79ib," with the help of revolutionary traitor Richard ›Ka Prince 'Gallego, in Sitio Mocabog, Barangay Washington in Escalante metropolis, allegedly restored a M203 Grenade Launcher, a. 357 Revolver and various ammunition.
RJPC-NPA has stated events below where false recovery was charged against NPA or planted as evidence against civilians:
January 15, 2024 Meeting of reactionary troops reported to arise in Barangay Camabayobo, Calatrava, Negros Occidental, but actually took place in Barangay Power of Power, Toboso -Restored a Garand -Rifle, a Carbine Rifle and a .38 -Revolver As reported by #Dimasaligan79B, while Viscom reported that the recovery was two Garand rifles and a .38 -revolver.
October 17, 2023 Summary of two civilians in Barangay Canlusong, EB Magalona Negros Occidental reported by #Dimasaligan79ib as an armed meeting-recovered three M16, an M14, an AR-15 and a Garand Rifle.
3. 8 July 2023 in Barangay Maaslob, Calatrava #DiMasaligan79.IB reported to have recovered an M14 and various ammos from a supposed 'NPA Arsenal.'
April 4, 2023 in Barangay San Isidro, Toboso where, after a legitimately armed meeting with NPA, #Dimasaligan79.IB reported to have recovered a number of firearms, including a shotgun.
November 5, 2018 in Barangay Washington, Escalante metropolis, where after a wrong accommodation between units of #Dimasaligan79B, they killed two of their own reported that an M16 and a short firearm of NPA were recovered.
Apart from false recoveries, false encounters are often used by the military to cover up their intentional killings of revolutionaries, such as the case of four hors the combat revolutionaries in San Pablo, Manapla, Negros Occidental in September 2021 and the recent five Red warriors in Bilar, Bohol. False meetings are also used by #DiMasaligan79.IB to demand a 'score' against the NPA, but this only justifies militarization.
Apart from the latest fake meetings in Barangay Pinapugasan, #Dimasaligan79.Ib has already collected 10 fake meetings since their deployment to northern Negros in 2017.
How can AFP expect to win over the morality of their troops and the confidence of the people with these accounts and registrations of deceiving tactics from #Dimasaligan79B? After a film -like scene of military skill that uses modern weapons, there was not even a camp or temporary base, nor did any additional body count were reported by #Dimasaligan79.Ib because all that AFP is doing is to exaggerate the tale in their favor .
We challenge the AFP leaders as well as PNP (
red. –
Philippine's National Police, the National Police of the Philippines) to publish the items, including the serial numbers, about the recovered firearms of the recent Escalante event as well as the previous recovery.
To the ordinary soldiers, policemen, cafgu members (ed. -Citizen Armed Force Geographical Unit, Citizens' Geographical Unit) and Barangay officials, live up to your promise to protect and serve the people. Dispose of AFP's lies and brutals, and turn your backs toward being machines that cause difficulties for the people.
RJPC-NPA urges the Philippine people, especially those from northern Negros, to resist, spread the truth and postpone AFP's lies.

Arrest of fictitious NPA team leader, discovery of imaginary weapons cache highlights AFP desperation

Roselyn Jean Pelle Command (RJPC) from New Folk Army in northern Negros rejects as pure fiction and fake news the reported arrest on Saturday of one of its "squad leader" in Cadiz metropolitan.
Combined elements from PNP and AFP devices arrest Eliseo Along, 38, in Hacienda Tresing, Barangay Andres Bonifacio on March 9. He was presented with news media as an NPA team leader who attended the meeting in Escalante metropolis on February 21st.
According to RJPC-NPA registrations and personnel list, Along is not an active member of any NPA unit in northern Negros, much more a team leader. He was once a member of the NPA, but almost two years ago went unable to reshape his vision and correct his asocial ways involving gambling, drunken and scavenger hunter. Later, he surrendered to AFP and received tasks as one of their intelligence assets.
AFPS #Dimasaligan79.IB must be desperate enough to use such a shady character as a prop just to maintain the projection of a winning image.
Such a high level of desperation is not surprisingly considering its complete inability to crush a small guerrilla unit, even with an overwhelmingly predominant strength supported by air assets that wasting millions in the process that should have been allocated to drought -hit negrosanons.
Meanwhile, RJPC-NPA mocks the so-called weapon cache, recently dug out in Barangay Washington, Escalante metropolis, as a poor and clearly prepared display of rusty homemade firearms and some ammunition that is openly recycled, manufactured or planted. That's another drama from #Dimasaligan79B's fake news manuscripts.
NPA devices in northern Negros do not maintain a weapon stock. All of its firearms are in the hands of its red fighters and local militia forces. In fact, the firearms are missing from the increasing number of peasants and young people who join the people's army.

Common Police and Military Forces arrested Eliseo Velarmia together, accused of killing, in Hacienda Tresing, Barangay Andres Bonifacio, Cadiz Standal, Negros Occidental In the afternoon presented as a member of new folk army (
red. –
New People's Army (NPA)) -Norwegian Negros. He was allegedly involved in a bak team on March 7, 2011 in Sityo Aluyan, Barangay Caduhaan, Cadiz's metropolis.
NPA-Northern Negros spokesman Ka Cecil Estrella denied the military's claim that there is an NPA team leader. She said, "com is not an active member of any NPA unit in Northern Negros... he used to be an NPA member but went AWOL (absence without leave,
red. –
ABSENCE Without Official Leave) almost two years ago ... and later surrendered to AFP and served as his intelligence agent. "
The spokesman said it was a desperate step from the 79th Ib to arrest together and present him to the public as NPA team leader. "They're just trying to make it look like they're winning."
She added, "This desperation is not surprising in view of its lack of crushing [npas] small guerrilla devices despite their enormous superiority in military forces supported by air assets."
As in other times, the arrest of along by virtue of an order issued by a court in Cadiz's metropolis, uncertainty and security for those who "allowed themselves to be used" and "surrendered" to the military. He is currently detained at the police station in Cadiz's metropolis.
Meanwhile, NPA Norwegian Negros also rejected the weapons allegedly seized and found by the 79th Ib in Barangay Washington, Escalante metropolis last year. "The 79th Ib dreams," she said.
She explained that new folk army unit in northern Negros has not hidden weapons because all its weapons are in the hands of red warriors and local militia forces. "In fact, we lack weapons because of the increasing number of farmers and young people joining the army," he said.
Arbitrary arrests, fabricated meetings, indiscriminate bombings and shelling of military units are carried out to "meet" AFP's new "deadline" to defeat the armed movement at the end of March, the vertical units at the end of June and the entire NPA by the end of 2024. The new 'deadline' was set after AFP (

The Christians for National Beads are expanding their warmest greetings and greeting all the proletariat -Philippine women this March 8, international working women's match day! Revolutionary and progressive Filipino women deserve recognition as they carefully and zealously live women's important role in the struggle for national liberation and democracy.
CNL marches with the proletariat Filipino women who militant are against any attempt by Marcos JR to further neoliberal policies that established and now worsen, the stunted and backyard economy in the country. Today, foreign capitalists and local Comprador Bourgeoisie are a race with each other in ownership and control of our rich resources and the exploitation of our worn masses for super profit.
The population also rejects the conflict between Marcos and Duterte Cliques and ultimately exposes the obvious evil adultery to the two of their imperialists: the US and China and for large local landlords and the Comprador Bourgeoisie. This is bureaucracy capitalism at the core. Filipino women are also at the forefront of defending people's dignity and rights against all forms of discrimination and violence, especially fascism and state terrorism.
In today's memorial day of international working women's match day, CNL is proud of the 12-point program for the national democratic front in the Philippines, as the most concrete program that maintains women's welfare. It offers a program that will pave the way for an alternative life that every Filipino woman strives to have. A life of food security through true agricultural reform, financial security in an independent and self -reliant economy through national industrialization and welfare by maintaining and promoting people's democratic rights and dignity as it promotes the revolutionary emancipation of women in all areas. The prolonged People's War draws the weeds of oppression of the roots. Thus, awakening, organizing and mobilization of women composing half of the population and the majority of the working class is one of the most important tasks of the national democratic revolution.
We greet the many Filipino female revolutionaries who pursue the highest form of resistance in the country's battlefield through armed battle. They point their rifles to people's oppressors, care for society with revolutionary doctrine and mobilize the masses to defend and protect themselves. In our history and practice, the revolutionary movement recognizes and treats women's rights and capacity for men. The revolutionary movement also rejects all forms of discrimination and underestimation of women's ability. We very much appreciate the potential and active contribution of women and LGBTQ+ to promote the Philippine Revolution.
We acknowledge that women, in addition to class of oppression, are also bound by cultural oppression and patriarchy. CNL therefore confirms that it is only through the National Democratic Revolution with a socialist perspective that women's life and shalom of women could be pursued. We praise the victories won by the militants and revolutionary Filipino women, as these victories are great and sustained contributions to achieving lasting national liberation and democracy. Likewise, NDR's victory is a relief for all Filipino women.
Live Filipino workers!
Live women! Live the peasants and poor city women!

declaration
from countrymen-NDF (Compatriots-NDF), part of the National Democratic Front in the Philippines (National Democratic Front of the Philippines (

Declaration of Countrymen-NDF
(Revolutionary organization of overseas Filipinos and their families)
Countries-NDF, the revolutionary organization of Filipinos abroad and a member of the National Democratic Front in the Philippines (NDFP), believes that the Philippine Constitution is a worthless piece of paper that legitimizes and justifies the oppression and exploitation of the Philippine people in a Semicolonial, Semifeudal Society ruled by American imperialism, bureaucrat capitalism and feudalism.
All Constitutions (1934 and 1943), which had been in force since the United States' establishment of a so -called Filipino Commonwealth, then followed by the Philippine Republic, was imposed on the Philippine people to play its neocolonial rule. The 1973 Constitution or the Marcos Constitution that replaced the constitutions before World War II made President Ferdinand Marcos SR a Enmann's ruler. The Constitution, as Marcos implemented, made him a dictator and let him remain in power further through the declaration of combat.
The Filipino People's Anti-Dictatorship match led to the eject of Marcos in 1986, paving the way for the Corazon Aquino government and its constitution of 1987, which included some favorable provisions such as the ban on nuclear and foreign military bases, which restricts foreign ownership to 40 %, antipolitical dynasty and time limits for elected officials, including the president. These provisions had been the subject of many dishonest attempts from previous puppet regimes to change them.
Marcos Jr and his allies in his ruling class fraction are behind the movements to revise the Constitution of 1987. He aims to think of this piece of paper with changes that will fascinate his family and crises once again in eternity while ensuring the support of the US Imperialism by allowing the latter and its allies to plunder our resources and end the annexation of the Philippine archipelago as its military base in the threatening interimperialist shooting war with China.
The oppressed and utilized classes and sectors in the Philippine community all have the reasons for opposing Marcos' Charter Change. Landsman-NDF believes that people's opposition to charter change is growing and will succeed as it is attached and bred to the anti-imperialist, anti-bureaucrat capitalist and anti-fascist struggle.
We urge the Philippine people to postpone and oppose the Marcos regime as the new tyrann of American Imperialism at the helm of the puppet government in the Philippines. Any changes to the current 1987 constitution of the Republic of Philippines are only aiming to consolidate and perpetuate the power of the ruling classes of bourgeois incomes, large landlords and the bureaucracy-capitalist state and favors the continued looting and belligerent agenda of its US imperialist champion.
No change in the current neocolonial constitution will provide relief or salvation to the Philippine masses from poverty, fate and oppression. The National Democratic Revolution of the Philippine people is the only and true solution to the basic economic, political and sociocultural problems of the Philippine people.

The event began with the song “The woman in the commune” followed by the context of March 18, marked by the anniversary of the Commune of Paris. Following this the interview with Professor Saibaba, who was recently released, was highlighted. The political prisoners in Turkey and Kurdistan and the torture methods used against them, then were shown and spoken about.
The persecution of Daniela Klette, accused of terrorism in Germany, and how solidarity samples have also been harshly repressed, were also highlighted. Once again, the need to show support for Palestine was discussed.

We highlight the continuation of Newroz celebrations, on which we have already written before.
In
Strasbourg, France,
Partizan participated in a march with torches. During the march, slogans as “Long live the guerrilla resistance” or “Long live the Newroz” were sang.
In
Frankfurt
, Germany, on March 23 a massive rally gathered tens of thousands of people celebrating Newroz. In it, speeches were made and in it a call was made for the commemoration of Ibrahim Kaypakkaya, founder of the TKP/ML, on May 18 and 19 in Innsbruck.

During the celebration of Newroz in
Ankara
, Turkey, the police targeted Partizan, prohibiting their flags and wanting to confiscate them at the checkpoints. The reason was that plastic sticks could be used as “weapons” and that is why they were prohibited. However, this did not prevent the Partizan’s flags waving at the festival.

Oaxaca without water, drought or looting?
March 21, 2024
In recent months, more than 4,326 hectares of land have been affected by terrible forest fires caused by the latifundium or as a phenomenon during the dry season. In addition, in various regions of Oaxaca, such as the Valles Centrales, Mixteca and Costa, there is a water crisis that threatens entire populations and now also public hospitals and schools.
A clear example is the situation of the central hospital "Dr. Aurelio Valdivieso" in the center of the capital of Oaxacas, which set up its work on February 22 after it had no water. It is obvious that a hospital cannot work without offering the patient and the medical staff a minimum level of health conditions, and therefore the supply of drinking water is essential. In this context, the defense lawyer of the human rights of the Oaxaca people created a protocol on precedent and issued precautions in which he asks the state to "take comprehensive measures to avoid damage that is caused that are difficult or not at all are fixed and affect the right of citizens to health. "
In the capital of the state of Oaxaca, it is reported that at least 6 public schools had to stop working and have to return to online lessons because there is no longer any water in their facilities. The youngest are the urban mornings "Carlos A. Carrillo" in the Colonia Reforma and the morning primary school "Enrique Pestalozzi" in the city center. The fact that the children have no access to drinking water in their schools violates their right to education and health as well as other rights that are in the children's interest.
Until a few weeks ago, the shortage of drinking water was concentrated in the popular neighborhoods, which are generally located on the border and in the hills of the city - nothing new. For decades, there have been dozens of neighborhoods labeled "illegal settlements" where poor people have no access to drinking water or other public services; Hundreds of small schools are in the same neighborhoods in the same situation. The various governments have systematically ignored this situation, leaving the solution to the problem to the residents, who have had to resort to private water pipes, which took advantage of the dry season to speculate on water prices.
But now that the water crisis has reached the city center and the "good" neighborhoods such as Reforma, San Felipe etc., the situation has become a scandal; All the more than visible public institutions such as the general hospital and the schools mentioned above had to hire their work because of the water shortage.
At the same time, companies in Oaxaca continue to work for non -alcoholic drinks and breweries, as well as large hotels, restaurants, vice centers and even health resorts that prepare for Holy Week and beautiful tourism. None of them have a lack of water.
Are we dealing with a phenomenon of drought or looting? You can give the answer.
If a health emergency and the exposure of the work for these industries and companies were proclaimed during the pandemic, the same in the middle of this water crisis, which is also a health crisis, should be done, in addition to the regulation of the water price, the pipers organized in the union mafia on sale is.
The guarantee of general access to drinking water as a fundamental right is a vital necessity and not the upcoming elections. The money spent on the election campaign and candidates should be invested in municipal water collection and supply systems for the population.

By a commentator for the Earn Folket Media.
Our comrades in the Socialist Revolution write about the "spiral case" and the brutal approach of Danish imperialism to limit Greenland's population growth. This is a brief summary of the case, and the reader is encouraged to read the whole case via a link under the article.
The "Spiral campaign" was at its largest from 1966 to the 70s. Even after this policy was officially abandoned in 1974, it continued unofficially for many years. The contraception was operated without women's consent, and has led to permanent body injuries in many women. Involuntary contraception was operated on in another 14 women in the 1990s, after local authorities took over the health sector in Greenland. At least three involuntary abortions were also reported by the authorities in 2004, 2010 and 2013.
Socialist Revolution explains that Greenland and the Faroe Islands' transition from a colonial to a semi -colonial status is a conscious decision made by Denmark to preserve their control over them. This is a decision based on anticholonial movements in other countries, and shows the weakness of the Danish imperialism, which could not retain direct colonial power.

Let us defeat Imperialism. Let us smash Brahmanical Hindutva Fascism.
Let us continue our struggle to fulfill the dreams of all great martyrs of freedom movement and let us fight for a New Democratic India.
In our long history of people's democratic struggle, 23rd March hold a specific revolutionary place in the history of class struggle for all those hearts that beats for a just - equitable society, and at the same time that despises Imperialism vehemently. On 23rd March, Comrades Bhagat Singh, Sukdev, and Rajguru were hanged by the
British colonial power in order to crush the ongoing anti-colonial freedom movement.
After the formal independence in 1947 India became a semi-colonial country, and the Indian ruling classes: comprador big bourgeois and big landlord continued to serve their imperial masters without any hesitation. Entire economic policies of the Indian ruling classes after 1947, was designed to serve the interest of imperialism and native elites. Comprador bourgeois and landlord classes as the owners of the significant number of means of production of the country implemented distorted development industrial policy that benefits them, and their Imperialist bosses. Emphasis on industrial policy was to assist the needs of the 1 percent of elite population of India.
With the entry of finance capital (both in the form of loans and investments) vast scale of dispossession and displacement of the oppressed people happened on an unprecedented manner. Toiling masses of India continued to face unbridled exploitation in more intense manner than before. After 1990s, under the dictates of imperialist forces, Indian ruling classes implemented Liberalization, globalization, and Privatization policies in the country. This measure was a cakewalk for the foreign imperialist capital to loot and plunder the Indian resources, and to accumulate more and more profits. All parliamentary mainstream political parties, irrespective of their party flags have flawlessly implemented LPG policies. This has broken the backbone of Indian economy and has caused unspeakable misery to the toiling masses.
Development in India happens by the usurpation of the lands from the oppressed people. Imperialism to come out from the general crisis look for cheap natural resources that are available in the third world countries. India has abundant deposits of natural resources that mainly lie in the tribal belts of central and Eastern India. To plunder the
resources of India, Imperialism has backed every fascist onslaught of its pliant state on the indigenous people of India. To crush the revolutionary Maoist movement in India, the Indian ruling classes in collaboration with the imperialist carried out several fascist counter-insurgency programs like Salwa Judum, Sendera, Operation Green-
Hunt, Operation Samadhan, and now it has unleashed Operation Kagaar. All these fascist genocide of indigenous people was funded, directed and aspired by the global finance and Comprador bureaucratic Capital. In its crisis ridden state, Imperialism has become ferocious, and has given rise to fascist political system in India. Massive
deployments of military forces are going on in Central India to expedite the plunder of the natural resources from the Adivasi region. People's resistance to corporatization and militarization of their villages, lands, and forest are being brutally crushed by the Indian state under the BJP'S rule. Every day newspapers in Chhattisgarh carry horrific
news of killings of Adivasi by the police forces. It is not happening for the first time, and neither is going to stop until and unless this moribund system of loot and plunder is uprooted from India. The very foundation of capitalism is laid on the massacre of the indigenous population in Africa and in Latin-America. Imperialism in 21st century has
developed more brutal machines and deadly weapons to unleash massacres on the struggling masses. Today, the people of India (especially in Central and Eastern India) under the leadership of CPI (Maoist) are fighting against this enemy's machines and methods.
Central Committee of CPI (Maoist) gives a call to all democratic, patriotic, working- class, peasantry, dalits, and women's organizations, well- wishers of the adivasi, students, writers, teachers, lawyers and human rights activists to celebrate 23rd March as an Anti-Imperialism with revolutionary spirit and enthusiasm. It also appeals to conduct seminars, meetings, rallies upholding the ideas of comrades Bhagat Singh, Sukdev and Rajguru in order to expose the treacherous design of the hindutva forces to saffronize Bhagat Singh and his comrades.
Down with Imperialism!
Down with Brahmanical Hindutva Fascism!
Long Live Marxism-Leninism-Maoism!
Long Live Comrade Bhagat Singh, Comrade Sukdev, and Comrade Rajguru!

Today feminicides are not the result of an old patriarchism, in which women were considered, and often felt, subordinated, lower, etc., but of a new reality.
They are the result of the male reaction to the claimed female freedom, to the fact that women do not feel inferior, indeed sometimes better, superior to their husbands, to the men with whom they have had or have a relationship, and therefore do not accept oppressive bonds, in which the male must decide for them and impose his will. Hence the men who hate women and kill them.
This reaction is fascist and is cultivated by a humus general of modern fascism. This modern fascism generates a modern patriarchism.
Feminicides - almost always addressed against women who choose to separate or "claim" to decide their life - all the male reaction in the face of their crisis
of authority, of force,
They are nothing else from the aggression of public political figures, of mass media who claim explicitly right conceptions, are nothing else from the declarations of ministers of the Meloni government who want the main role of women today to be having children for the capital and for the homeland /war.
This explains why feminicides cannot be stopped, will increase, and surely this government, this state cannot hinder them.
And it indicates that they can only be reduced with the organized struggle/fury of women that has the objective of the overthrow of this government, state, capitalist system, more and more from "God Homeland Family"

Q: How does it feel to be out of incarceration after so many years?
Initially, I never expected to be incarcerated for so long. Before conviction, I was in prison for 17 months out of a total period of three years. After conviction, exactly seven years in prison. That is more than eight and a half years out of the last ten years.
Even if somebody is guilty of a crime, that is a huge punishment. But in our case, without any rhyme or reason, we were incarcerated for such a long time. Perhaps no one outside also expected me to undergo such an ordeal for such a long time. The course of the law has become a punishment itself.
After the first release order came, I had to again spend roughly one and a half years in prison and get a release order again. Perhaps this has never happened before in Indian criminal justice history.
Without crime, this is the punishment for such a long period. And I don’t know of any other person who had to undergo two separate hearings of an appeal against a conviction in a constitutional court. This is unheard of.
One cannot help but think: why is it happening like this in this country at this juncture? That’s a big question.
Q: How is your health right now?
Ten years ago when I was arrested, I only had residual effects of polio. My legs were affected by polio. Otherwise, I was healthy. I was doing everything on my own, even though I was in a wheelchair. I would help Vasantha. I would move around quite freely without much awareness of being a disabled person.
After I was thrown into prison, everything changed in my life.
First, I got a brachial plexus injury. The nerve system that connects the shoulder with the brain was broken due to mishandling by the police while I was kidnapped and arrested. That affected my shoulder completely. I cannot lift my left hand. I cannot do anything with it. I cannot hold a book.
Because of the nerve system that was damaged, the shoulder muscles were also affected. Because of the dragging and the injury, my left side ribs got crowded. The crowded ribs crushed my lungs. That touched my heart, which in turn affected the left side of my heart. And my spine is affected because of the ribs being crushed into a small space.
The whole side of my body is affected. The last ten years, I have been experiencing shooting pain in my left hand and left leg. Because the nerve system and muscles were damaged, my left shoulder is completely frozen.
Due to the left lung being affected, sleep apnea started. From my nose to the lungs, the breathing track got affected. This has caused obstructive sleep apnea. I cannot sleep properly because of that.
I have acquired a heart condition called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy which was not detected in any medical test before I was pushed into prison. As a result, the left side of my heart is functioning with only 55% capacity.
High blood pressure started because my heart’s walls couldn’t pump blood properly into my body.
During the course of these ten years, I developed a cyst in my brain. It’s not very serious at present, but it could turn malignant at any time.
They also found stones in my kidneys because of my restricted life and difficulty in movements without the possibility of exercise or any bodily activity in prison. Though the stones dissolved, cysts formed in the right side kidney.
I have developed gall bladder stones because of lack of eating for long periods of time. This led to pancreatitis.
The list is endless. All these diseases have developed in prison. By the time I was out, there was no proper medical treatment in all these ten years. So I’m suffering from multiple illnesses.
I have to take medical treatment now. It all depends on how much now, after such a long time, can be treated and how many organs remain affected and could be treated. This we will have to see.
In the next few days, Ill be in hospitals for screening and getting treatment. We don’t know how long it will take and how much can be treated.
Q: Why were you not able to get adequate medical treatment in prison? Why were you not given medical bail?
Bail on medical grounds was rejected by the High Court twice but it was written in the order rejecting the bail that I should be given regular and proper medical treatment.
But the prison authorities neglected it and violated the order. Though they sent me to Nagpur medical college several times, it was just customary and cursory. You just go and come back. It shows that they are trying to give treatment but there was no treatment.
If you look at my medical records, you’ll see how medical treatment is being dodged and no medical treatment is provided. At the end of the day, just before I’m being released, every department wrote that [a particular treatment or medication] is not available, we cannot do this, it’s available somewhere else. Why is it that the doctors are writing this at the end of ten years that they could not treat? They should have mentioned this ten years ago.
They did not do anything except giving me painkillers and putting me to sleep. If the treatment was not available with them at the beginning of ten years, they should have written so and should have asked to shift me to a particular hospital where the treatment was available.
Q: What were the biggest challenges you faced in prison? How did the prison staff and inmates behave with you?
Prison inmates were very helpful to me. They were very kind. They wanted to be with me all the time, though I was in anda cell where only very few – less than 10 – could interact with me when I was not locked up.
The kind of image the prison authorities and the state machinery were trying to give was that I was some kind of dreaded terrorist – an international Maoist mastermind. All kinds of epithets were used to terrorize the prisoners and prison officials and jail jawans. They wanted to keep me isolated.
They didn’t say all these things in front of me. But if a jawan was coming for duty to the anda cell, he would be told in advance – you don’t talk to this person. You keep away. Don’t spend time with him. We have instructions from above that this man is very dangerous. He will change your brain and you won’t even know.
The prisoners were also told behind my back to not go to me or spend time. Higher officials spread these things and instructed people accordingly.
However, none of this was believed by jail jawans or by prisoners. They were always with me. They always wanted to learn from me and spend time with me. That is why whatever the efforts made from above by prison authorities, they were never realized. The prisoners and jail staff understood what kind of person I am. They loved talking to me.
There was a lot of gap between what the authorities wanted to do to me and what actually happened there.
But because the prison is a 19th century British-made structure, there was no accessibility or comfort or minimum facilities to live like a human being. Everyone had to live in subhuman conditions. And I had to live with much more restrictions – less than subhuman – because my wheelchair doesn’t move, people had to carry me to the toilet, people had to take me to the bathroom in their arms lifting me.
I felt that my dignity was violated. My humanity was attacked. It was a disgrace to humanity itself the way they have created conditions and the way they forced me to live. You have to struggle to continue life.
Q: How did you spend time in prison? How did you keep abreast with developments in the outside world?
Vasantha sent me books. I used to buy at my own cost English newspapers. Apart from that, Vasantha sent me printouts from digital media portals and she used to write me letters informing me what is happening outside. That is the only way out.
There’s a mulaqat [meeting with visitors] but it’s very short. You can just wish each other formalities, by which time it is over. The only way was letters by Vasantha and all the material that she sent – perhaps a thousand books she carried over the years all the way, every time from Delhi to Nagpur. After reading, she carried the books back. She always strove her best to feed me with information, knowledge, books, and magazines. That was the only way I could know the happenings outside the four walls.
One book I liked very much was Prayaag Akbar’s
Leila
. And then, among the latest ones – KR Meera’s
Assassin
, I liked among fiction.
I read philosophy too. I liked the economic philosopher Thomas Piketty. I read his recent books
Capital and Ideology
and
A Brief History of Equality
.
Among the historians, I read from DD Kosambi to the latest historians – Upinder Singh and Nayanjot Lahiri. Romila Thapar as well.
I read a wide variety of books – from science to science fiction.
The Song of the Cell
is a recent book I read.
Q: How did you keep your spirits up during such trying times?
Every day I used to read, write and teach the prisoners around me. I filled every day with activity and would keep busy from morning till evening doing all this.
In the prison, all the prisoners require petitions to courts. From the Supreme Court to the High Court to sessions court to magistrate’s court. But only a handful of people could write. Anyone who could write in English was in high demand. I spent most of the time also preparing these petitions.
There were so many people who didn’t get bail for a long time and didn’t have a lawyer. You had to write petitions for them and then they would send it and get some relief. This was another activity that took a lot of time.
Q: You were arrested for supposedly having extremist views. What exactly is your worldview and your ideology, and has it changed in any way over the last ten years?
My ideas and my belief system is the same as when I was a student and is the same today. There is absolutely nothing to change.
Those who are calling these ideas extreme are extremists themselves. Who are these people calling someone a terrorist? We have to see why are they doing it and why they are calling me a terrorist.
I am in public life. I spoke extensively. I wrote extensively. I conducted my life as a public figure. Everyone knows what I am. To believe in humanity and in social progress, is that an extremist view?
Q: Do you in any way regret advocating for marginalized communities or associating with certain people or certain organizations? Now that you are free after such a long time, will you resume your advocacy work that you were engaged in earlier?
I am basically a teacher. After that, along with it, I am a human rights defender. I believe that anyone who gets an opportunity to understand the world and the surroundings around them and grasp the marginalization processes and the marginalized sections have the responsibility to speak for them and stand by them. If we are not doing that as responsible citizens, we are perhaps not doing what we should do in our lives.
It’s not only that I believe I should do this work. I believe that everyone who has any kind of opportunity and advantage over those people who are marginalized and kept marginalized should do this work. This is something which cannot be branded as this or that and cannot be stopped.
My work was and is legitimate. I work in the public sphere. Despite my disability, I have carved out a space for my work for people. I have no regrets.
I was not arrested or branded as a terrorist because my work was wrong. The powers that be are afraid that I may bring out the truth of how some people are marginalized and how marginalization is continuing. They don’t want this work to be continued. This is why I was put behind bars for such a long time.
Q: You are a teacher. What about your career now? Have you applied to the Delhi University to reappoint you? Are you looking at teaching positions elsewhere?
My lawyers are handling this. I would like to wait and see what the lawyers and university administration can do.
Since I have been a teacher all my life, I would like to continue as a teacher till my last breath. The lawyers and my colleagues are working to see what should be done in this regard.
Q: You were arrested by the Maharashtra police when the Maharashtra government was run by the United Progressive Alliance led by the Indian National Congress. Two years back, when you were discharged by the Bombay High Court, an immediate appeal was filed by the Maharashtra government, run by the National Democratic Alliance comprising of the Shiv Sena and the Bharatiya Janata Party. Even now, the Maharashtra government, run by the Shiv Sena and the Bharatiya Janata Party, has appealed against your acquittal. It seems that both the largest national political parties are against you.
Do you have any faith in any political party? While you were incarcerated, did any political leader reach out to you to help you?
Within the prison, no. But outside, there are many individual MPs. Communist Party of India General Secretary D Raja, Communist Party of India (Marxist) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury, Annie Raja of the CPI. Many MPs from the South, Bihar and Bengal spoke against this from across all parties, perhaps except the ruling party in a state or at the Centre at that time. Most of them have spoken and written publicly in my support. They wrote petitions within and outside the Parliament.
It is not that all political parties branded me in one particular way. I was arrested a few days before the last phase of the Lok Sabha elections in 2014. I am being released now that before another Lok Sabha election. A full ten year circle has been completed.
I don’t know which political parties have which views. But individual MPs, individual MLAs, certain parties completely spoke against the arrest and they know what kind of injustice was done to me and what were the reasons for which this kind of case I was booked and implicated in.
The scenario is complex and not black and white. There are grey shades, there are bright colors, there is a spectrum of colors. We cannot say that all political parties ganged up against me and other co-accused in the case.
Q: When you were discharged in 2022, the very next day the Supreme Court stayed your release in a special hearing. How did you feel when all of this happened, when you got to know that you were to be discharged before that was taken away? Are you afraid that the Supreme Court might cancel your acquittal?
I already told you that this process of being released twice is a rare process. I asked senior lawyers also if something like this has happened before. Nobody could cite a similar case.
I never lost hope that I would get justice. Though justice was delayed and justice is denied by delay, I was hopeful that one day one can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I don’t have any fear or any suspicion that the higher judiciary would ultimately stand on the side of injustice. So I have no apprehensions about being jailed again.
I know that these things happened due to particular historical developments that happened in India in the last decade and the kind of pressure the judiciary is going through. That is why I describe this as a test.
When the Supreme Court ordered a stay on my release in 2022, I was sure that this stay would not sustain because legally it was not viable. The stay itself was unprecedented in legal history. But that particular judgment discharging us was legally valid and sound.
When the process of law goes wrong and it was established by a constitutional court, there was no need for another constitutional court to look into what was put as evidence. When the process itself was wrong, no facts can be admitted and they cannot be correct. That discharge order was based on Supreme Court judgments itself and on criminal jurisprudence developed over decades and decades of the work of the Supreme Court.
How can the Supreme Court negate the development of its own criminal jurisprudence? I wasn’t convinced that the stay would sustain. But I am happy today that the High Court went into the evidence as well as the process of law and declared both as wrong. It clearly spelled out in a landmark judgment which would be useful in further development of criminal jurisprudence in this country.
This is why I say I had to go through trial by fire twice. But this was not a trial by fire only for me and the co-accused. It became a test for the higher judiciary as well. The higher judiciary in this case was suffocating because of pressure from all corners from the powers that be. But it stood the test and its ground and came out successfully to give justice even though it has been very delayed and nothing can compensate for the injustice that happened during the delay.
I along with the higher judiciary had to undergo an agnipariksha and we passed through it. Future generations will evaluate what the results of this agnipariksha are.
Q: Your resilience and optimism are remarkable. Over the last ten years, you must have felt deeply upset and helpless due to the injustice at various points of time. How did you deal with these feelings, and how did you develop resilience?
I was teaching Kabir at Delhi University. I love Kabir. I asked Vasantha to get me Kabir again. She brought many of his books – different versions. So, Kabir gave me hope.
If you look at Adivasis, Dalits, minorities – a huge section in the prison, what they are facing, yet they have hope in life. They are treated completely as subhuman beings. Still, they have the hope to go out. I learnt from there.
Writing poetry and letters, writing many things always gave me hope.
I also went through depressive moments. Particularly during the pandemic period. Those were two very long periods of lock down within the prison. Imagine how a lock down within a prison would be, where everything and every life is already locked down. Those days, letters and any communication was stopped. Newspapers and books were stopped.
After some time, only five minute phone calls were allowed. Just to inform whether I have acquired Covid or not, whether any family members have acquired it. How many people died, how many people are going to die, how many are alive – only that kind of information one could find during a short call.
The depression I faced is expressed in one of my poems that I wrote about lakhs of workers who had to walk from cities to villages because of the sudden lock down announcement. There was no mode for transportation available and they had to walk hundreds of kilometers and many died on the way.
When my wife told me over the phone about this kind of news, it was very hard hitting. I could not sleep.
My neighbor in the prison got news that his mother died from Covid. After some days, he was informed that his father died from Covid. After a few days, his brother died. He remained in prison only.
These were some of the most depressing moments.
Some other developments that happened in the outside world – news of lynchings taking place left me completely depressed. Before being imprisoned, I didn’t hear much about lynchings and killings by mobs without any reason. I had read about lynchings in American history of black people and before that, Native Indians. But this kind of public lynchings in India, I was not directly aware of that much.
That also made me depressed.
Q: Who do you blame the most for your ordeal? What kind of accountability would you like to see?
See, when the State functions without rule of law and there’s a kind of intention to help the powerful people, this happens. At the moment, I am not blaming any individual. This doesn’t mean that there are not individuals responsible for this illegal, fabricated case intending to incarcerate people for long periods. I’m not the only victim in history. I’m also a victim, but more than that, it’s a political case.
So, in the course of history, one would know who is responsible for this kind of incarceration, injustice and brutal attacks on human rights.
Q: What kind of reforms do you think are needed in our criminal justice and prison administration systems?
This is a big question that would take hours to answer. I will just say one thing: first of all, the laws are not implemented as they are meant to be implemented. Many laws are not made according to the Constitution. They are against the Constitution, particularly the draconian laws. When you do this, the laws are against democracy and the constitution.
It’s simply gullible to say that the laws are misused. The laws are themselves misused against the Constitution so pinpointing a police officer or a politician is missing the point. The entire system is working like that.
You create laws in such a way that they can only be misused. They cannot be used any other way. The entire system has to be changed. What kind of laws do we have, and why is the Constitution there? Why are you passing laws against constitutional provisions? All this has to be changed.

Today the School Council, convened in extraordinary session, will have to decide whether to confirm the suspension of classes for April 10 or to adhere to the invitation of the Ministry of Education and Merit to cancel the resolution voted unanimously last May.
A decision of common sense, of respect for the students and the population of Pioltello, taken by the principal and supported by the teachers of the school, by the families of Pioltello, where almost one in four inhabitants is foreigners, in the name of Iqbal Masih, has given rise to an ignoble gang, headed by Min. Valditara, Salvini and a good part of the mass media. Valditara announced checks on the Pioltello institute; there have been threats to the headmaster, Alessandro Fanfoni. But also a lot of solidarity and sharing towards the Headmaster's decision.
This story is emblematic and serious. The attack on Pioltello's decision this time also combines the repression of mere knowledge, information on the Palestinian reality, of the Arab peoples, to humoral racism,
A conception and politics that speaks of "
national identity in shattered
".
That is, respecting different cultures would undermine this national identity, the only one that must be imposed.

While the Palestinian people's long slaughter in the Gaza Strip is escalating, the country is even more strongly involved on the US-NATO-EU's warfare and imperialist plans. The local bourgeoisie and its government continue the work of the "good child" of the murderers of the peoples: from the total sell -off of the land, the air and the sea of the country to the NATO bases to the policy of imperialist dependency involved in this people of the place in the bloodthirsty designs of Americans and Europeans.
Now, Thessaly is one of the Blood Baths that have opened and maintained by West's imperialists in Ukraine, Palestine and the Middle East. Strange thing. When it comes to "specific" abroad, US intelligence services know many things.
Of course they also have ... the right to misleading such as the chemicals of Sadat that safe information said they exist but they were never found.
But when it comes to the US interior, they are surprised by the attack on the Twin Towers in 2001 where they appeared to be "surprised".

New wars are erupting in the region and internationally, in the context of the imperialist pursuits of the planet again, while the Ukrainian front is still with NATO to carry out the greatest military exercise with the involvement of all 31 Member States, while the debate on The official mission of troops of NATO and EU members to war has been opened!
The ND government has chosen a side, openly participating in the war on the side of Israel and dyed its hands with the blood of the Palestinians! It is dangerously involved in the country in war! The Greek Frigate Hydra added to their fleet in the Red Sea and the conversion of Larissa into an administration and the rest of the country into a war base even militarily help Israel to continue the bombings and siege of the Palestinians and escalate the Greek people!
Throughout the globe, the peoples demonstrate massively, daily, demanding that the genocide be stopped for freedom in Palestine!

Inquilab Zindabad!
With Revolutionary Greetings,
Pratap

Marielle Franco: Investigation ignores Bolsonaro's calls with those involved in the crime - the new democracy

On March 24, Federal Deputy Chiquinho Brazão (former Union/RJ), the Counselor of the Rio de Janeiro State Court of Auditors (TCE-RJ), Domingos Brazão and the Civil Police delegate Rivaldo Barbosa were arrested by Federal Police accused of involvement in the execution of Councilwoman Marielle Franco. Both Brazão brothers were pointed out as masterminds of the crime, while Barbosa was accused of planning the murder.
The names add to those of former PMS Ronnie Lessa, Marielle's killer, and Élcio de Queiroz, driver of the car on the day of execution. The accusations to the Brazão and Barbosa brothers reveal new layers of the execution of the case of Marielle Franco and the interests behind the execution; On the other hand, questions are still open.
Who are the new accused of involvement in the crime
Domingos Brazão is the head of the Brazão political clan in Rio de Janeiro. Former state deputy in Rio de Janeiro, Brazão became an TCE-RJ counselor in 2015. Brazão has already been the target of different investigations, from voting to fraud, administrative misconduct, homicides, corruption and, in the case of Marielle, Obstruction of justice (accused in 2019) and now principal. Already Chiquinho Brazão, Domingos's brother, carries a similar political life. According to investigations, it was Chiquinho who had more direct confrontations with Marielle. The PF points out that Chiquinho via Marielle as a hindrance to approve a project in the City Council related to land regularization.
The other involved in the crime, Rivaldo Barbosa, has a long career in the Civil Police. He became delegated in 2010. In 2018, he assumed the head of the Civil Police.
Strangely, Rivaldo assumes the head of the institution, which would investigate the political crime against Marielle, on the eve of the murder
. The responsible for the appointment was General Braga Netto, who at the time was an intervener in the public security of Rio de Janeiro. That year, the Eastern Military Command, headed by Braga Netto, exercised full command on all public safety. Braga Netto says that who named him was the Secretary of Public Security, also appointed by Braga Netto, General Richard Nunes.
Named in full military intervention, Barbosa was responsible for planning "meticulously" the murder, and prevents disrupting investigations after the crime. During the plans, Barbosa even asked the principals that the crime would not be made in the City Council. After the execution, Barbosa approached Marielle's family and maintained narrow contact with the relatives of the murdered councilwoman, gaining the "confidence" of the mournings.
The political motivation of the crime is not clarified: who is the political mentor?
Land grabbing, land regularization and real estate speculation were elevated in the case as motivations for the crime. According to the investigation, the trigger would have been a bill in the City Council, against which Marielle Franco voted in 2017. The project, nº174/2016, would benefit the mafias that control clandestine buildings in Jacarepaguá, and Marielle sought to allocate certain areas to popular construction projects. The PL was approved, in fact benefiting the "militias". By voting against, Marielle would have become a target.
The first incongruity that appears is: Marielle became target for voting against… a bill that was approved? Muffy groups even had Marielle kill in downtown Rio de Janeiro, in full military intervention and with the eyes of the world around the public safety problem in Rio de Janeiro (therefore, the high risk of exposure and attract all the attention of the interveners to you)? Is that, because of a parliamentary vote in an article where the mafias came out? It does not seem reasonable.
The crime, in the context, the form and where it was executed, not to mention the nature of the execution, indicate a political crime with the purpose of
draw attention
,
destabilize
; which does not seem to fit the course of the investigation, which points to a crime for economic motivations, whose objective is, by nature,
unnotic
.
In addition, the investigation (given by the current Minister of Justice, Ricardo Lewandowski) ignores some evidence and relationships.
First: Why Rivaldo Barbosa was nominated
one day earlier
of the execution of Marielle Franco by the intervening generals?
Second: Why did Rivaldo's appointment occurred, even though he was contraindicated by military intelligence for considering him suspected of not being unlawful?
THIRD: Why, during military intervention, there was so much explicit interference, and did not take action?
Fourth: Why not investigate the murder of Adriano da Nóbrega, a member of the “Crime Office” in 2020, during a strange police operation in Bahia, denounced as a “file burning” operation by his wife? Why was he killed, just when he was investigated for involvement in Marielle's death? Why not investigate the relationships that Adriano da Nobrega had with Flávio Bolsonaro, even having his wife and mother employed in the office of Bolsonaro's son? Why does no one say that Bolsonaro himself had visited Adriano da Nobrega when he was arrested in 2004-2005?
Fifth: Why the testimony of the porter of the condominium Vivendas da Barra was not resumed, according to which, on March 14, 2018 (
Marielle's execution day!
), Élcio de Queiroz, the driver on the night of the crime, entered the condominium, stating his name in the visitors book, having headed to House 58, whose owner is Jair Bolsonaro? I.e,
Why the investigation did not find out if Élcio de Queiroz went to Bolsonaro's house on the day of the attack, as said the condominium doorman!?
The porter, who said this in 2019, when Bolsonaro was president, was pressured and turned back in his statements. But why didn't the investigations return to this testimony, seeking to investigate this information? Why?
Justice Minister Ricardo Lewandowski said that "the works are closed" and that the case was a "victory of the Brazilian state". But why are it seeing that the true motives and guilty of the crime are escaping unpunished?

Today, March 25, 102 years of the founding of the Communist Party-Brazilian Section of the Communist International, then appointed Communist Party of Brazil-P.C.B. In the passage of this important historical event of national political life, we republished article by Professor Fausto Arruda, former director general of
AND
, in which it discusses the role that communists had in the history of the country and the struggle for democratic revolution throughout history. To those interested in discussing the problem of the democratic revolution in contemporary times, with regard to the semi-colonial and semi-feudal countries, that is, which comprise the vast majority of the Earth's population, we recommend reading the work
Capitalism and the bourgeois revolution in Brazil
, by Nelson Werneck Sodré, and, more recently, the publication entitled
The New Democracy Revolution is the main force of the world proletarian revolution
.
First part
Appearing from the struggles of the source Brazilian proletariat and under the influx of the Bolshevik Revolution, but founded by militants, mostly, graduates of Anarcho-Syndicalism in the process of bankruptcy in the country, the Communist Party will be marked in its early years, still by inheritance and reminiscences of this ideology. Founded as a Communist Party, and though admitted soon at the Communist International, to be as such, as a Marxist-Leninist Party, will travel a long and complex path without, however, achieving it.
First step
In the struggle to assimilate Marxism-Leninism, struggling to overcome the anarcho-syndicalistic heritage of most of its founders and the obreist and economic conceptions, the party will face the theoretical challenge of understanding the peculiar reality of the countries dominated by imperialism, which It drags on the secular delay of pre-capitalist relations, slavery and semi-feudality.
In an attempt to break with economicism will take the shortcut of electoral reformism by organizing the Peasant Workers Block (BOC), backwards with the harsh criticism made by the IC. In the first eight years, he will hold three congresses, and in spite of the theoretical efforts of his paintings, all were marked by the false, not to say naive, thesis of agent versus industrialism. Thesis that advocated that the country was governed by an alleged contradiction within the ruling classes, which opposed the maintenance of the agrarian system to an industrializing process. In the same error it incurred the thesis that characterized the then stage of the Brazilian Revolution by Democratic-Peokie-Burgueis.
Although the country lived the consequences of the crisis of overcoming the bankruptcy of the domination of the old slave oligarchies and was shaken from above by democratic-bourgeois revolutionary movements, the party could not star in this very rich revolutionary situation, devoid of scientific understanding about Brazilian society and a proletarian ideological line. The party struggles were restricted to retail problems due to the weak management of historical dialectical materialism and the mass line to understand the national reality.
The party was practically absent and distant from turbulent events guided by democratic-bourgeois aspirations, in which the most active sectors of the small bourgeoisie were beating in military movements for the simple exchange of mandates in the country (tenentism, prestes column and liberal alliance-““ “ Revolution of 30 ”). This was a historical period of the effervescent revolutionary situation aborted by the armed movement that succeeded the Liberal Alliance of Vargas and assaulted the state power, betraying the democratic-bourgeois aspirations of the movements started with the so-called tenentist movement and culminated in the demobilization of the column Prestes.
Second stage
The 1930s will mark the beginning of a new stage of the party's life. Step that, due to its zigzagging characteristic between left and right in its orientation, will develop from the popular uprising of 35, culminating in the V Revisionist Congress of 1960. It goes through the crisis of disaggregation after the 37 STATE coup and reorganization with CNOP
2
In 1943, for the struggle for Brazil to enter the war against Nazi-fascism alongside the allies, for the short life in legality (1945/46), by the 1948 Manifesto, the Manifesto of August 1950, by the important IV Congress (December /54-Janela/55), by the March 1958 declaration. This long stage of thirty years is marked by a permanent zigzag, which although it does not slightly establish a proletarian ideological line, will fertilize the terrain for the development of the two fight Lines based on the fight against reformism and later on modern revisionism with the party's reconstruction.
Although the party had advanced considerably in the assimilation of the basic theories of Marxism-Leninism, raising its ability to analyze the Brazilian reality, it will be deeply influenced by the springs of theses of modern revisionism, markedly browndores
3
. Theses of "peace and democracy", of "convergence between socialism and capitalism", which strengthened electoral opportunism and the dilution of the party into a "Democratic Front", paving the way for its sinking and rotting in the Khrushchevite revisionism and reformist opportunism of the Presto leadership of the following decades.
In 1935, thirteen years of its founding only, the party makes a quality leap in its process by establishing, in connection with the international communist movement, the path to taking power through armed struggle. At this stage, when the forces of fascism had risen in Europe, the Communist International developed new theses with the single working class to face its expansion and conjure the world imperialist war that was already gestated.
In Brazil, under the party's direction was organized the ANL - National Liberating Alliance, a single front of revolutionary classes that proposed by the establishment of a revolutionary popular government, to confiscate imperialism, the great bourgeoisie and the semi -feudal landlord. The party already understood the character of the Brazilian revolution as democratic, anti-feudal and anti-imperialist agrarian as a necessary stage for socialism.
At a time that has become a historical milestone for our country and our proletariat, the party will carry out an armed uprising for the seizure of power. In it, the party will make two fundamental mistakes: one of a strategic character and the other of a tactical character. On the strategic side, he had not understood the role of the peasantry, and this was a consequence of his failure to understand in depth the process of social classes in colonial, semi-colonial and semi-feudal countries.
Already with the damage of the strategic error of completely disregarding the field, in the tactical the error was irreversible. To the extent that Getúlio Vargas's government had struck Anl throwing it illegally, isolating the party temporarily, the insurrection plans were still maintained. This made what was already difficult, in a defeat of strategic proportion to the Brazilian proletariat. The reaction not only stifled the armed uprising, but also removed from the episode all the raw material to amalgamar the discourse of counterrevolution, which will be used to this day (the “communist intent”). Events embellish a paradox. Just as it was a transcendental moment of our history, in which the still very young and inexperienced proletarian party, driving a front of revolutionary classes (ANL) throws itself into the seizure of power, the defeat of the uprising will engender a deep reformism, lethal to lethal the lethal party in the following decades.
Thus, the party hindered by the Selvagery of the Estado Fascist of Vargas, will adopt incorrect policies of submission of the proletariat to the great bourgeoisie and the paths of electoral opportunism. For with the end of World War II, with the prestige of the USSR and the communists on the rise in the world, the party, which had come out of strengthened clandestinity, instead of dwelling on the preparation tasks to trigger the struggle for the seizure of power, will get drunk on constitutional illusions. Despite the great success in the elections for the 46 constituent was soon struck harshly, once again. Back in clandestinity and violently persecuted, he begins, with the January manifesto 48, a self -critical balance of legalistic illusions.
But even under the cruel persecution of the bureaucratic-latifight state of imperialism, especially Yankee, the party seeks to overcome such right deviations, fierce dogmatically to the European conceptions of insurrection and the mechanistic understanding of the Bolshevik Revolution, will completely despise the teachings. of the Chinese Revolution and the gigantic contributions of Mao Tsetung.
Although the theses of the IV Congress, formulated on the wake of the August 50 Manifesto, armed by the armed way to take power, the party will move to a radical discourse without being able to lead him fully to practice. The fact that follows without understanding who was who in the Brazilian bourgeoisie, of not understanding the double character of the national bourgeoisie (medium bourgeoisie) and continuing to take the bureaucratic fraction of the great Brazilian bourgeoisie by national bourgeoisie, besides continuing in practice despising the peasantry, It will be the land conducive to new turn on the right. Despite being considered leftist by several currents, the IV Congress will ultimately favor the prevailing old opportunism, assimilated after the defeat in the popular uprising of 35, of the right -wing line on the conception of the democratic revolution, this time under the flag of “National Union”.
On the grounds of the alleged leftism of the IV Congress and in the face of demonstrations of discontent with his resolutions, Prestes pulling to the right, as a self -criticism of the “leftism of the IV Congress” that will attack the government of Vargas, will support the defense of the policy of Support Juscelino Kubitschek's candidacy.
As soon as the revolutionary positions, albeit insufficient, accumulated in the IV Congress, were destroyed and crushed, serving as a right support point to attack any truly revolutionary conception, and drag the party once again to the swamp of opportunism. With the results of the 20th PCU Congress (1956), all the opportunism already rooted in the party gained coverage and theoretical foundations. As well stated later Manuel Lisboa
Four
"The decisions of the 20th Congress of the CPSU have only given legal and moral cover to the reformism of the party." With the famous Declaration of March 1958, the revisionist group of Prestes prepared the ground on which the Fifth Congress in 1960 consolidated in the party the theses of Khrushchev's reformism and modern revisionism. Such a statement deserved the harshest and most scathing criticism from Maurício Grabois
5
, that in the document “Two Conceptions, two political guidelines” unmasked its class collaboration content for the capitulation of the Brazilian proletariat against the bourgeoisie and the Brazilian reactionary state. This struggle cost Grabois his banishment from the Party Central Committee.
1.
The founding Congress took place in Niterói, with the participation of nine delegates representing nuclei of communists from different parts of the country. The delegates were: Astrojildo Pereira – journalist, Hermogênio da Silva Fernandes – electrician and railroad worker, Manoel Cendón – tailor, Joaquim Barbosa – tailor, Lui Peres – artisan sweeper, José Elias da Silva – civil servant, Abílio de Nequete – barber, Cristiano Cordeiro – civil servant and João da Costa Pimenta – typographer.
2.
CNOP - Provisional National Organizing Commission - Created in 1942, MAURÍCIO Grabóis, Amarílio Vasconcelos, João Amazonas, Diogenes Arruda and Pedro Pomar, was in charge of reorganizing the party after the scams given by the Vargas dictatorship and fighting the liquidationist theses who took shape in the party. He held the II National Conference of P.C.B., known as the Mantiqueira conference and most of its members was elected to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Brazil.
3.
Referring to Earl Browder Secretary of the Communist Party of the United States in the 1930s/40
4.
Manuel Lisboa - Communist militant, who had joined the party since he was a young man, participated in the reconstruction process and from 1966, along with Amaro Luiz de Carvalho, who returned from study in China Popular, broke with the PCdoB and organized the Communist Party in the Northeast in the Northeast Revolutionary. Manuel Lisboa fought revisionism and expressed his positions in the important letter of 12 points to the revolutionary communists, with which he sustained the essential conceptions of Maoism for the Brazilian Revolution synthesizing that “the core of the strategy of the proletariat and his party is the Popular War through the war of guerrillas ”. Manuel Lisboa was brutally murdered in 1972, after more than 18 days of torture in the holdings of the military regime in Recife.
5.
Mauricio Grabois - Communist militant born in 1912. At the age of 18 he is admitted to the party and shortly thereafter becomes responsible for the agitation and propaganda of the Communist Youth of Brazil. Actively participate in the ALN and later in CNOP. In the brief period of legality, he is elected federal deputy. Participates in the process of rupture with party revisionism and reconstruction of the party, now under the acronym PCdoB, when it approaches the thought Mao Tsetung and contributes to the elaboration of the party's prolonged popular war strategy. He was the commander of the Araguaia guerrilla forces, having listed in combat on December 25, 1973.
Third step
The V Congress in 1960 will be preceded by intense struggle within the party. Revisionists headed by Prestes did not tolerate the internal struggle and expelled most of those who did not accept coward attacks against Stalin. Still the fight against opportunism gains breath. Pedro Pomar will head, in the debates of the V Congress, the attack on the opportunistic theses of national reformism. In 1962, the paintings that conform to the revolutionary field will carry out the struggle to purify the party of the Revisionist Group of Prestes. Being in minority promoting the determined split with the revisionists, starting the process of party reconstruction. This event will mark the beginning of a new and third stage in the party's history, the richest and most important stage of its maturation that, in theory and practice, P.C.B. (Now under the acronym of PCdoB, to differentiate itself from the revisionist group) will indeed be constituted as a Marxist-Leninse Communist Party.
It is important to note that the party was one of the first in the world to openly combat Khrushchov's treacherous positions. Maurício Grabois's letter to Khrushchov, in which he attacked his revisionist positions and in defense of Stalin, led Khrushchov to attack the Brazilian communists, quoting them in the debates that arose with the
Chinese letter
1
In 1963. Also, prior to the 5th Congress (1960), Pedro Pomar, present at the Congress of the Communist Party of Romania, rejected the attacks on the leaders of the Albanian Labor Party, absent from that event, made by Kruchov who had accused them of adventurerism.
This will be the stage in which the party will live, for the first time, the open struggle against modern revisionism, as it approaches the thought Mao Tsetung (as was called Maoism at the time). Moment when the struggle between Marxism-Leninism and modern revisionism will gain worldwide dimension. Mao, ahead of this great battle, will unmask Kruchov's opportunism as modern revisionism, systematizing it in the formula of the “three peaceful” and the “two all”
2
. In the same period, the party will also have to fight the "left" opportunism, which arose as a reaction to the pacifism of the Prestes group (Carlos Marighella's ALN, MR8, PCBR, etc., and those of other processes such as VPR, Polop, etc.).
This will be a serious problem of the revolutionary movement in spite of all heroism revealed by so many combatants in the armed struggle against pro-trial fascist military management. PCdoB will also have to combat the opportunism of “left”, revealing it as a form of expression of Kruchovista revisionism in Latin America (armed revisionism)
3
. However, the party will not be able to get rid of serious deviations such as dogmatism. The direction of PCdoB, formed by experienced communist frames, although he assumed the thought Mao Tsetung, did so formally and stagnuting the internal struggle. Will not understand something essential of Maoism, the struggle of two lines
Four
, as the correct method of forging the party. Such misunderstanding will be crucial to prevent the party from assimilating the maoism fully.
It will not examine and understand the true origins of reformism in the party. It will follow without the correct understanding of the Brazilian bourgeoisie, its fractions and role in the class struggle. Although the PCdoB proposed the Maoist strategy of surrounding the city from the countryside, that is, to take the peasantry as the main force in the first stage of our revolution, it will not understand that, where the fundamental contradictions and the main contradictions were most condensed in the country. , it was the Northeast Region and not the North, where it would focus the main strategic force.
Upon understanding and not practicing the fight of two lines, not only led to the fractionation of the party (PCR under the leadership of Manoel Lisboa and Amaro Luiz de Carvalho, Capivara, and PCdoB Red Ala
5
), as impossible to develop direction in the correct understanding of the conception of the Popular War. And this was the background of the Araguaia guerrilla defeat, as well as the blocking of its critical balance in the party and consequently capitulation and complete rot from the death of most revolutionary paintings.
Important party documents will mark this period of the third stage in the party's history:
12 -point letter to revolutionary communists
, of the PCR of Manoel Lisboa;
Criticism of the union of Brazilians to defeat the crisis, dictatorship and neocolonialism
, PCDO B-AV AND
Prolonged Popular War, Way of Armed Fight in Brazil
, of the PCdoB. Documents that deal with the theoretical question of the Brazilian revolution, guided by the contributions of Mao Tse-tung and at the same time conflicting with each other on several issues. In addition, others by Pedro Pomar should be highlighted:
Great progress in the 1969 Cultural Revolution
, about the development of the great cultural revolution in China,
The glorious flag of 35, the party - historical need and on Araguaia
, a document on the assessment of the experience of the Araguaia guerrillas.
Due to the total incomprehension on the question of the two-line struggle for the leadership of the party, the defeat of the Araguaia Guerrilla and the sabotage of the struggle for the correct balance of such an important experience, added to the elimination of the best communist cadres, completed with the Lapa episode
6
(1976), the capitulation will be inevitable. The capitulation of the revolutionary line of the popular war headed by the direction of João Amazonas led the party to conversion to revisionism and its complete liquidation as a Marxist-Leninist party, turning it into another opportunistic organization under the continuation of the acronym PCdoB.
This capitulatory line, led by João Amazonas, as a denial of the revolutionary path, could only settle in the party after the elimination of the main communist paintings in the direction, supporters of the path of revolutionary armed struggle. Without more prepared paintings to combat revisionist subterfuge, Amazonas will find the free way to pass the open and declared attack on Maoism by following the Dogmatic-Revisionist line of Ver Hoxha
7
to disguise their betrayal.
With the capitulation of the management, further reinforced by its complementation with the APML frames

, the party was converted into another revisionist opportunistic party. It will turn a heroic revolutionary experience of previous years into a dead icon, now used only as a "trophy" to keep deceiving youth in search of political militancy. It will then completely integrate with the official life of the old Brazilian state, in legalism, electoralism and parliamentary cretinism to the degenerate situation that is found today as part of the old pro-imperialist bureaucratic order, as an auxiliary force for management of Luiz Inacio's shift.
The events that will mark 1976 will be even more dramatic for the revolutionary movement around the world. With the bourgeois restoration in China, promoted by Teng Siao-Mapan's coup d'état, which will lead to the bloody massacre of the Maoist paintings, a long time ends, the first major wave of the world proletarian revolution, announced by the publication of the manifesto do Communist Party, in 1848, marked by the Paris Commune of 1871 as its “General Essay” and driven with the Bolshevik Revolution of October 1917. In Brazil, the twists on PCdoB in the years following the dramatic episode of Lapa, liquidating it while Revolutionary party, it will culminate a whole rich phase of the third stage of the party's history.
The self -criticism of
When his return to the country in 1979, Luiz Carlos Prestes broke with the organization he had directed for almost 40 years. Unable to change the ideological-political positions already so crystallized in that group, in an exemplary self-critical effort, launched his letter to the communists, in a call to resume the revolutionary path. Without a doubt this gesture is demonstrative of his communist condition, but the content of his self-criticism, which politically gives a spin to the left, in the ideological was very limited. He maintained the same hostility to Stalin and his direction taken from the Kruschovista revisionism chest and did not even consider the extraordinary experience of the Chinese revolution, the one that was the highest level of the world proletarian revolution - the great proletarian cultural revolution - and even less to the great ideologist and Communist leader Mao Tsetung.
Fighting for the party's reconstitution must be the task of proletarian revolutionaries
As important as the economic struggles of workers, salary increases and in defense of rights, will result in failure if they do not have the destruction of every order of the old bureaucratic state. Only with the building of a new power, a new democracy that expresses the interests of the oppressed classes and based on the workers' covenant, which confiscates all lands of the latifundal, the capitals of the great bourgeoisie and imperialism will guarantee the transition to socialism. And this depends on the existence of a true revolutionary party of the proletariat. This is the lesson that gives us the history of the communist movement in the world and in Brazil. In the matter of the existence or not of an authentic party of the proletariat, the Communist Party, armed with a scientific ideology, lies the crucial point, whether or not the revolution in the country.
As an expression of the worsening of the country's semi-colonial condition, the growing and inevitable intensification of the popular struggle will eventually impose itself. In the midst of the struggles of the poor peasants for land, against the semi-feudal landlord system, the resistance struggles of the working class, the students, the women of the people and other popular classes in the face of the current state of misery and obscurantism in our society, the revolution will develop. Just as popular resistance is growing all over the world, new fighters of the proletariat and the people are surely being forged for new revolutionary battles throughout the country. The implacable struggles against all opportunism will gather, little by little, from the disillusionment with the farcical electoral process, corruption, unemployment and hunger and all the other scourges that express the farce of the existing republic and democracy, the strength to raise the revolutionary and communist movement in Brazil.
The task of the Brazilian proletariat by his revolutionary party follows inconclusive. But it should not be understood as the creation of a brand new party, nor that of its "refounding", anti-dialectical and anti-historical versions that reject the historical process as a whole. The Communist Party was created in 1922 and crossed decades of tormentous and complex struggles, reached a high level of its constitution, but was settled as a revolutionary party. The question that arises for true proletarian revolutionaries, who have not broken or sold to the general offensive of the worldwide counterrevolution, is the task of reconstituting it. Reconstitute it as Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Communist Party.
Communist militant, who had entered the party from a young age, participated in the reconstruction process and from 1966, along with Amaro Luiz de Carvalho, who returned from study in Popular China, broke with the PCdoB and organized the revolutionary communist party in the Northeast. Manoel Lisboa fought revisionism and expressed his positions in the important letter of 12 points to the revolutionary communists, with which he sustained the essential conceptions of Maoism for the Brazilian Revolution synthesizing that “the core of the strategy of the proletariat and his party is the Popular War through the war of guerrillas ”. Manoel Lisboa was brutally murdered in 1973, after several weeks of torture in the holdings of the military regime in Recife.
Pedro Pomar
As early as 1960, as a delegate to the V Party Congress, he held the titanic fight against the positions led by Prestes and launched by the March 1958 declaration. Development of capitalism in Brazil. It was against reformist and antimarxist theses like this that orchard was placed in the first trench in the defense of Marxism-Leninism.
Already after the defeat of the Araguaia Guerrilla, in his struggle in the central committee of the party to make the correct balance of that important experience, he stated that "in Brazil the problem of the revolutionary path to free the people from exploitation and oppression has been very difficult. And the determination to tread it became the touchstone of the different revolutionary forces, especially the Marxist-Leninists. Around the path, the conception and method of the armed struggle there have always been great differences."
Maurício Grabois
Born on 12/02/1912, at the age of 18 is admitted to the party and shortly after becomes responsible for the agitation and propaganda of the communist youth of Brazil. Actively participates in the National Liberating Alliance - ANL and later CNOP. In the brief period of legality of the party, he is elected constituent deputy (1946). Participates in the split process with the party's revisionism and reconstruction (1962), now under the acronym PCdoB. Soon with the party's approach to Mao Tsetung's thinking contributes to the elaboration of the party's prolonged popular war strategy. He was the commander of the Araguaia guerrilla forces, having listed in combat on December 25, 1973.

One of the judges of the
National Court
of the Spanish State, Santiago Pedraz, ordered to suspend the Telegram application due to possible copyright infringement.
On March 23, news broke that a judge of the National Court, the court that has jurisdiction over the entire State, ordered the complete shutdown of Telegram in the country because of a complaint by the big bourgeois press monopolies: Mediaset, Atresmedia and Movistar Plus. The reason was the alleged “unauthorized” use of audiovisual content owned by the bourgeois press monopolies. In other words, they claim that their programs were being shared “illegally” through some channels of the Telegram messaging application.
Faced with this accusation, the judge ordered, as a precautionary measure, to close the use of the messaging application while the investigation was being carried out. However, facing the company’s lack of compliance, it was decided to order the telecommunications operators to temporarily block Telegram’s connection in the Spanish State. The argument used by the judge is that, as long as the content is hosted on the application, it is not excess to completely close the application.
However, at no time did it cease to function, and today, March 25, the judge himself has reversed his decision and has paralyzed its closure for the duration of the investigation, being able to close it in the future if it is decreed by the conviction. Different “justice” organizations had filed a complaint against the judge for “serious, severe and unprecedented limitation of
fundamental rights
.”
Telegram is an application that has 8.5 million users in Spain, and is known for being supposedly more secure compared to other instant messaging applications. This means that Telegram is not only used on a personal level, but activist groups use this application as a method of disseminating their activities.
Thus, this condemnation, although not carried out for the moment, shows the tendency of the imperialist States to attack democratic rights. By prioritizing the “right” of the big media monopolies to obtain economic profit through their “intellectual property”, it was targeting one of the applications most reliably known to the police to be used by the anti-fascist, national liberation and movements struggling for housing rights. These movements have already been fiercely repressed by police infiltration on several occasions, as we have reported on previous
occasions
.
No application is completely secure. However, it is no coincidence that Telegram, where political content is shared by different organizations, has been directly targeted. Even more so, when Telegram had already collaborated with the European bourgeois “justice” in a similar case (protection of “intellectual rights”).
